双人SPA很不错，房间不错，被子和床也很舒服。临街的屋子就在Nepean路的旁边，整夜都有车经过。虽然阳台很漂亮，但需要装修一下，要不然看上去跟没人管似的。前台的小伙和你有礼貌，但穿得太破烂了，跟旁边摆放着的有着燕尾服的婚礼宣传册给人的印象很不符。我女儿说游泳池很令人失望，所以我压根就没过去看看。这是个不错的休闲的地方，但是因为噪音，价格有点贵，而且阳台要装修一下。

Hi there - thanks for taking the time to detail your experiences. We have acted on your observations - the balcony has been totally re-done, and looks lovely - my 24yo Son has started dressing better when he is looking after the Office, but who knows how long that will last! 店主很乐于助人，你需要的东西房间都有，早餐很好吃。酒店离莫宁顿很近，周围也有很多好玩的。我们到的时候很晚而且没有预定，但这都不是问题，因为员工非常友好，非常愿意帮忙。

Thanks Ally - it was really lovely having you stay with us. The staff - who, as you are aware, are under extreme pressure at the moment during this busy time - are simply over the moon with your appreciation of their work. 接待处非常棒，从我们第一秒走进接待处，就注意到这里布满了美丽的圣诞树，上面有6000颗灯泡！每个桌子上还有一个独一无二的圣诞树，装饰和气氛都超级赞。饭菜有些没有新意，但是还算喜欢。员工的服务满足我们所期待的，主管的女士非常友好…没有任何烦心事。我们桌的女服务生一直在欢快的笑，不能再愉快了。非常棒的接待处，非常棒的气氛。

Hi Gaye Thanks for taking the time to share your lovely comments. All of the staff were very happy & appreciative of your kind words, and recognition of their efforts. It was indeed a lovely Christmas atmosphere for all of our Christmas functions this year - many photos taken in front of the tree, and lots of interaction & socialising amongst the guests. 对这间旅馆非常失望。这间旅馆急需里里外外的修整。房间拥挤。地毯需要清理。房间里的家具太多了。浴室难以置信的小，一个水池就占去了大部分空间。床一点也不舒服。我预定并且付了3个晚上的钱，不过当我走进房间的那一分钟我就后悔了，不会再来住了。

Firstly we thank you for taking the time to record your experience. You booked the Budget Small Room, however, we have 10 different types of rooms here, and if we had been even remotely aware that you were not happy, we would have moved you and made every effort to make your experience an enjoyable one. Your retrospective comments are nevertheless noted, and being acted upon - you are aware of the major upgrade currently happening to the Motel facade - and the upgrading of the room interiors, is an ongoing and constant process. We wish you well with your future travels.

Our Office is physically open 8.30am to 8.30pm every day.
(0830hrs - 2030hrs) Guests, however, are able to check-in at anytime - as we have a 24/7 check-in facility.
