这家酒店的迟延退房政策非常严苛——到下午1点，否则就要额外收费，没有任何提醒。我们离开那天，订了室内泳池烧烤服务，但因为我们只住一晚，而烧烤是要提前一晚预定的，所以我们入住的次日才能去烧烤。直到结账我们才知道延迟退房要额外付款，此前没有任何提醒。

Dear Fearless08300525872, We are truly sorry about the official check-out time at 12 pm that coincides with your Villa BBQ booking which resulted in additional late check-out charges. Generally, we are flexible about the check-in time, however, due to the limited amount of private pool villa - we have only 7 units, the Resort is strict in turning over the property for the next guest. We have taken note on certain aspects of the communication that could be improved and we truly appreciate such important feedback from our guest so as to ensure that we continue to provide the services in line with our guests’ expectations. We hope to welcome you back for a better experience on your next visit to Bintan.

我们去年来到这家酒店，这里有漂亮的别墅。但服务让人困惑。我忘记了一顶帽子，然后联系了其中一个管理人员，他提出他会好好保管这顶帽子，直到我们下次再来(在这一点上，我们觉得很合理)，而不是立即发送给我们。我们接受了这个提议。今年早些时候，我们联系了酒店，我们表明今年无法来到酒店了，要求酒店把帽子寄到我们这里，并表示我们会付钱的。而另外一位店主建议他们处理掉遗留下来的东西，但会帮我们看一眼以防万一。至今酒店没有联系我们，所以我们不再会去这家酒店了!

我们在因陀罗玛雅泳池别墅酒店里度过了美好的5天。我们的孩子喜欢别墅里的游泳池。由于这个别墅酒店有很多很棒的就餐选择，酒店提供的小电动车就帮了很大的忙，让人觉得非常方便。各种设施也很好，对于各个年龄段的人都有很丰富的活动。我们看了大象表演，去了公园，坐了马车，打了保龄球，还吃了一顿丰盛的家庭烧烤大餐。除此之外还有很多活动可以做。全体员工都提供快捷、优质的服务，这是很重要的。我们一定会回来，希望能有同样的别墅。

Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal (1 - 2 hrs) is quite far away from Nirwana resort. I would suggest to go via Bandar Bentan Telani ferry terminal nearest to Nirwana resort (10 - 15 mins).
