Accueil chaleureux du fils qui parle très bien anglais, on nous a offert un thé et une bouilloire est à dispo dans la chambre, pareil pour le chauffage qu’on peut utiliser à tout moment.
La chambre est assez petite mais on s’y fait, sdb propre et suffisamment grande
Possibilité d’utiliser la cuisine qui est également utilisé par les propriétaires

When we showed up at the agreed upon time for our booking, we were denied our room over the phone. All communication was very rude and unprofessional. We suspect they were overbooked, but we were never informed about this and were left stranded in the middle of the night.

1. Картинки не соответсвуют действительности. Например на картинках изображена кухня, но на самом деле на кухне весь день находится хозяйская семья и смотрит телевизор. В итоге, если захотелось что то приготовить, то семья показывает свое недовольство и начинает следить за каждым шагом и конечно что то делать в такой обстановке пропадает желание. Конечно в условиях бронирования не сказано, что кухня хозяйская. При въезде в апартаменты мы у хозяйки спросили насчет кухни, в ответ она что то недовольно фыркнула, но все-таки с недовольным видом ее показала.
2. Еще в описании было упомянуто, что есть отопление, так как в Дурмиторе даже летом ночи холодные. Когда мы хозяйку попросили дать калорифер, очень нехотя она нам его дала, но спустя короткое время калорифер у нас забрали назад, сказав, что сейчас не зимний сезон. После этого мы неоднократно попросили второе одеяло, хозяйка прикинулась, что не понимает по-английски, и одеяло конечно же не дала.
3. В доме стены тонкие,слышно абсолютно всё и весь день приходят и уходят соседи.В общем проходной двор.
Нас с женой абсолютно не устроило такое хамское отношение хозяевов и нам пришлось оттуда съехать и почти уже ночью искать другие апартаменты. И когда мы вежливо объяснили причину нашего уезда, нас внезапно выставили за дверь и сказали, чтоб убирались. Спасибо хоть, что деньги вернули
Я не думаю, что кому то захочется поехать в такие апартаменты.
1. The pictures do not correspond to reality. For example, the pictures show a kitchen, but in fact in the kitchen all day there is a host family and watching TV. In the end, if you want to cook something, the family shows their discontent and begins to follow every step and of course in such situation the desire to cook something disappears. Of course, in conditions of booking it is not said that the kitchen belongs to the hosts. By the entrance to the apartment we asked the housewife about the kitchen, in response, she snorted something, but nevertheless she showed it with displeasure.
2. Even in the description it was mentioned that there is heating. In Durmitor even in the summer the nights are cold. When we asked the owner to give the air heater, she gave it very unwillingly to us, but after a short time the heater was taken away from us, saying that it was not the winter season. After that, we repeatedly asked for a second blanket, the landlady pretended that she did not understand English, and she certainly did not give the blanket.
3. In the house the walls are thin, you can hear absolutely everything and all the day the neighbors come and go. In general, the entrance yard.
My wife and I were not at all satisfied with this boorish attitude of the owners and we had to move out of there and almost at night to look for other apartments. And when we politely explained the reason for our county, we were suddenly put out of the door and told to go out. Thank you that the money was returned back.
I do not think that anyone will want to go to such apartments.

We were stay here for three night and we didn’t make any reservation on Booking.com which they said we no need to do that.
The toilet is very small and the day after first day they told me I make bathroom too wet, there was too much water on the floor, I have no idea how to don’t let water stay in a small bathtub ( the small bathroom without shower curtain, or maybe I should drink all the water)
There were some guests from Booking.com and they were offering welcome drink and told them they can use downstairs bathroom which is a new one ( they didn’t tell us about that and we paid same price with Booking.com)
The door is so thin we can heard everybody talking and when we talking inside our room they knock the door ask us be quiet (so there is not allowed to talk in your room after 10pm , coz everyone will heard you)
There is no any information you need to ask all the information from tourists center.
So honestly, for 12euro one night I think there is more operation.
Btw for using the kitchen,yes they allow us to use their own kitchen
But, everyone sitting there and you will feel not comfortable at all coz someone is watching you.
So make sure you book the room form booking.com which you can write down review and they will give you at least a smile.

We booked a room here for 3 nights. What a nightmare! We wanted something to fit our strict budget and to be as close as possible to Zabljak centar, so we can do hiking and other activities.
We got a very modest, small, dark and very cold room. They provided a small heater which we can't keep turned on all night long, otherwise we will suffocate ourselves. I wonder how people can stay here in the spring or autumn, the de temperatures are a lot cooler?!
The guest house itself was built with very cheep fabrics. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbours are doing and even whispering. Even the doors are so poor, that when someone from other room goes at the bathroom in the middle of the night, you can wake up scared from the noise.
And the room is so small that we can hardly walk around the bad in our way to the toilet because of 2 bags (suitcases for bike).
Anyway, the house keeper ia nice and offered us tea and pastries from the house when we arrived, and also gave us a good knife and some oil to cook our breakfast. There is also a tourist information center right in front of the house and the center is 7 min walking distance.
My recommendation would be to pay a little more and enjoy a better room somewhere else, or if you are on a tight budged like we were, don't stay here for more than 1-2 nights.
