It was new year’s day period and we were running out of options so we decided to try Mr Kinjo. Parking: we knew that parking was charged at 1000 yen/day which seemed ok before we got there. But in hindsight, it being a rural small town there’s no real reason to be charging their customers (we only paid 1500 yen/day in JR Blossom Naha hotel which was right smack in the middle of Kokusai Street). Room: there was a musky, desenitizer smell in the room which we couldn’t get rid of even by opening the doors to air the room. There’s no housekeeping which is fine as we were only there for 2 nights. Towels could be exchanged for free at the reception the next day. Also, the room door doesn’t auto lock when you leave the room. You need to remember to put in the key to close again. What we thought was a bit absurd was: 1. No additional pillows could be provided by the reception. The ones in the room were so flat. 2. The room was equipped with an induction cooker but no kitchenware was provided. When queried, the receptionist said sorry you have to bring your own pots and pans and utensils. We don’t provide them as Japanese people tend to travel with their own pots and pans (WHAT?) Overall, Motobu is a great stopover area if you are visiting the aquarium and want to stay along the coast. However my recommendation would be to stay at other hotels or b&b. There’s also another budget hotel called Costa Bella / Adan resort right next to Mr Kinjo which would have been a better choice. …

物超所值

連鎖式旅館散布沖繩島，自駕比較方便，停車場寬廣，每天15:00才開始營運，房客進出需房卡解鎖，客房屬家庭式設計，使用空間勉強點，具簡易廚房與洗衣機，浴室抽風機可調控溫度，機能超值。

最糟糕的服务！

设施本身还可以，只是厕所里的一些难闻的气味可能从排水管，但这里的服务很糟糕！房间里没有配备电话，所以我问接待员（外国人）我是否可以借电话打电话确认我的浮潜之旅，但接待员拒绝了，并说接待处没有电话（来吧）这是日本不是非洲，显然只是一个借口），他告诉我开车到便利店劳森那里使用付费电话。酒店无法为居民提供简单的电话服务，这完全是荒谬和不友好的！并且酒店每晚收取1000日元的停车费，因为酒店位于农村地区，停车不应该是一个问题，这是不合理的。接待员告诉我周围没有免费停车场，但后来我发现大楼后面有一个空荡荡的公园，当地人也把车停在那里。无论如何，我确实支付了酒店的停车费，但他们收取了1000日元而没有管理或分配停车场。在第二天晚上，接待员在晚上10点敲我的门（!!!），让我下车，把车重新停在另一个地方，因为有一辆更大的车需要我现在的车，不过我认为是令人讨厌的是，我按照他们的要求做了礼貌，但我认为这是他们的错，因为没有为每辆车分配一个去掉的地段。我一直在不同的城市旅行，这是我在任何住宿期间曾经遇到的最糟糕和最不友好的服务，列入后退！

有料駐車場に疑問＆不満

建物が新しい様で室内は綺麗ですが狭いです。キッチン付きですが、台所用品は有料でレンタルする必要があります。沖縄県内に展開しているチェーンホテルのようで価格も統一しているのかもしれませんが、ホテルの周辺は空き地だらけ。しかもホテル前の道路も駐禁では無いのに敷地内の駐車場に1000円もとるなんて、ぼったくり。部屋のドアの前が水浸しになっているので、掃除をして欲しいと頼んでも台風のせいだからととぼけられて。スタッフも外人で対応も悪いし、最低限のサービスすら無い感じ。良く無いですね。
