Thank you so much for your kind thoughts... we are very pleased that you were part of our family atmosphere whilst you were here in Champoluc. We believe that a great choice at breakfast sets you up for the day. And again at dinner, the perfect wine with the perfect menu ends a great day on a high note. A coffee and a small grappa to finish in our relaxing bar... one sleeps very well in the mountains! Warm regards and we look forward to seeing you again here at our Hotel Castor, Champoluc.

我们非常享受住在卡斯特酒店。这里风格奇特，舒适，很好客，房间宽敞，气氛舒适。唯一不足的地方就是晚饭不怎么样有点失望，尽管沙拉吧弥补了这一不大靠谱的主餐。早餐好吃，所有的员工都很友好乐于助人。我们喜欢这里住着的狗妈妈Chocolat和他的女儿Laika。如果你要滑雪，我们推荐你在里马滑雪滑雪装备店存东西，就在主电梯的边上，那里的服务是最好的。

Ciao Susie Really pleased to know you and your friends all enjoyed your stay with us. It was a pleasure to have your company for a week here at our Hotel Castor. Hopefully we'll see you all again in the not too distant future! We'll pass on your kind words to Ruben at Telemark Ski Set.

我们去蒙特罗萨旅行的时候，在这里住了一个晚上。酒店很美，历史悠久，是一个英国男人和他意大利共同经营的。此时是淡季，所以我们可以尽情享受。我们不希望老板只为我们两个游客准备自助早餐，但是老板坚持为我们提供了超棒的早餐。我们早餐的时候和老板聊了很多，很开心。他也给我们下一站旅行应该住的酒店和吃饭的地方提供了建议。这座城市很美，周围很适合远足。下次冬天来滑雪的时候，我一定还会住这里。

Ciao Anna.. lovely to hear from you. We hope and your husband Robert are well. Yes, it was off season when you came to stay however we are nearly always open throughout the year offering bed and breakfast in the off season and half or full board during the summer and winter seasons. We hope your Monterosa tour was very successful and as panoramic as it promised. I have spoken with my friends in the Hotel Scoiattolo and Castore Bar in Gressoney.... they remember you wish you well. We look forward to seeing you again sometime in the future at our Hotel Castor in Champoluc. Warm regards from all of us here. Herman

在法国阿尔卑斯山滑了15年的雪后，我的朋友邀请我们去尚波吕克（Champoluc）滑一星期的雪， 我们滑雪期间就住在这家卡斯特酒店。 这是家家族酒店， 酒店有些怪异，但是很温馨，友善。 经营这家酒店的夫妻 Herman和 Beatrice ，他们友善的狗以及他们的员工团队都竭尽全力的招待顾客。 他们还免费开车送我们去一家餐厅。来自世界各地的顾客一年又一年的回这里住，这充分的证明了他们对顾客到底有多么热情。 这家酒店像是个家庭聚会，我们在这里住得非常开心，放松。 在法国滑雪后， 酒店友好热情的招待以及这里的食物和饮料收费都让我们感到惊喜。 我们肯定还会回这里住得。

Ciao Doc Ellis It was great to welcome you to our Hotel Castor. Whilst your friends have been many times and are almost part of our family here, it's lovely to hear the opinion of a first timer here to Champoluc. To be described as a "house party" is just how we'd like people to feel whilst they are on holiday with us.... great company, great wine, great time! 一家极好的酒店。友好，迷人——房间舒适、温暖，有大量的热水！工作人员非常友好、开朗、乐于助人。食物很惊人，惊人的价值：每晚晚饭四道菜，美味的早餐还有自制蛋糕等。我们在这里跨年，享受了特殊的一餐——六道菜，香槟，所有的配料。所有的都是自制的而且美味可口。尚波吕克是一个可爱的村庄。

Ciao Mark Thank you for choosing our Hotel Castor for your New Year's celebrations. It was great to see in the New Year with you and your family at our mega-party! So pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast and dinner menus - we pride ourselves on preparing homemade dishes and specialities for our guests in our restaurant. Sono stata a capodanno
Buongiorno, la ringrazio per la richiesta, abbiamo disponiblità di una camera per le notti del 12 e del 13 Agosto, per il 14 siamo al completo. La tariffa della mezza pensione è di 99,00 Euro per persona al giorno e per i cani applichiamo un supplemento di 5 Euro a cane. Nell'attesa di risentirla la ringrazio e le porgo cordiali saluti
