我们最近在梅拉蒂的一个私人花园台球室住了6个晚上，真的很喜欢这里!别墅和庭院都很漂亮，主泳池也非常漂亮。我们在温泉浴场按摩了两个小时，非常棒，那里有非常细心和专业的工作人员。我们在两家餐厅都吃了饭，发现食物真的很好吃，但是我们发现泰国餐厅的鸡尾酒比观景餐厅、泳池酒吧要好得多(即使在两家点了同样的鸡尾酒)。有一些小小的建议可以改善整体，比如增加到查温的班车时间，增加上午10点和下午6点的班车是最理想的。一些额外的维护，尤其是在我们别墅的泳池区域和主泳池酒吧周围，这些区域看起来很破旧。此外，你若想晚上给手机充电，床头灯就不能熄灭，这很不方便。总的来说，我们在这度过了一段美好的时光，我们绝对会考虑以后再来的!

我们在美拉堤海滩度过了12个晚上的蜜月。我决定尽可能建设性地列出优点和缺点。优点——餐厅和酒吧的工作人员非常棒，还有清洁团队和维护团队，总是非常友好和乐于助人。(特别要提一下Matt, Hannah，Best和Tup——他们都很擅长自己的工作)-酒店的设施非常棒!包括自行车出租、电动自行车出租、图书馆/dvd租借、免费皮划艇出租和潜水通气管出租。-早餐的选择范围是很赞的，而且两个菜单都有很多选择-酒店的干净程度很赞！-我们的房间很棒，有自己的跳水池和深水浴缸，每天都会打扫，有一个晚上还会关闭。-在游泳池和海滩，很开心能有清新的沙滩巾-有免费班车到查汶海滩，每天3次。可进步的地方——碰巧遇到粗鲁又固执己见的前台接待人员，我们刚到这里时，他只想了解信用卡信息的细节，而不是向我们介绍酒店。-所有东西的价格都太高了，因为他们对所有东西都增加了17%的税和服务费用......你要花105泰铢买一听可乐，但在7-11只要花20泰铢就可以了......这点并没有营造出良好的商业意识。-欢乐时光被安排在错误的时间和酒吧里......晚上9点半到11点的欢乐时光应该是在海景酒吧，让气氛更好。-任何酒吧或餐厅都没有气氛-游泳池附近没有按摩浴缸！你必须一路跋涉到酒店的前面-尽管我上面这么说，主题之夜还是很不错的......但它们太贵了！海滩烧烤永远不会在海滩上进行！他们总是找借口，说要下雨了......我们两次过去的时候都没有下雨，33度而且天气晴朗......-台球桌又旧又破，除了这点，我们玩得很开心，会推荐给所有人......我打4星，因为我认为这个地方不错，但作为一家五星级酒店却不算优秀。

Dear Tomjamesr, Thank you for choosing us to be part of your honeymoon trip. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the service from Matt, Hannah, Best, and Tup and the 12 days you spent with us gave you ample opportunity to discover all services at the resort. However, it is upsetting to know that some of our staff gave off a not-so-wonderful impression of our service at check-in. Rest assured, I am personally working with our staff to train them and improve their skills and service levels, so this does not happen in the future. I appreciate the time that you took to list all the points that really made your stay, as well as the "developments" that will help us reach another level. They are all very constructive. I am at a loss though that none of our associates pointed out to you the very large Jacuzzi that is part of our See Pool, just outside of the Chantra pool-side massage pavilion. As our guests' satisfaction is our highest mission I do hope that we will have another chance to turn your experience into a positive and memorable one in the future. 这座度假村满足了我们蜜月之旅的全部需求，甚至超出了我们的期待。房间很大，装饰豪华，阳台上有一个室外浴缸。后来，度假村免费为我们升级了服务，安排了一套别墅供我们居住，配有独立泳池。度假村环境优美，出行方便，有一个非常漂亮的公共游泳池，可以俯瞰到汤森海滩。花园里还有一个成人专用的游泳池。在通往海滩的路上，有许多休息室可以使用，还有许多乐趣十足的水上运动项目。海滩干干净净，海水清澈见底，水温适宜，非常适合游泳。食物十分美味，种类繁多。游泳池酒吧棒极了，服务员非常出色，他们会详细地记住所有住客的名字。饮料也很可口，还会免费赠送爆米花。度假村里有一个按摩中心，价格公道，效果明显，在一侧有一个按摩池。这里有各种各样的娱乐活动可以参加，预订非常简单。我们参加了岛屿一日游，乘坐一辆私家车，司机风趣幽默，学识渊博，让我们充分领略了当地的风俗文化，这是我们此前从未了解过的。这里还有一个游戏室和DVD影库，你可以租借录像带，带回房间播放。我们非常喜欢这座度假村，希望有朝一日还能再来游玩。

这是我在泰国最糟糕的经历之一。这家酒店是一座非常恢弘的宽敞的别墅，但房间里到处都是昆虫。即使酒店决定给我们的房间送上糖果，盘子里居然还趴了一只蜥蜴。走在池边的小路上，蛇在肆意游荡。酒店海滩上有许多破碎的玻璃瓶。这明明是一个很容易打扫的小海滩。有一天下了三次大雨，灯都开不起来了。我和酒店员工谈过我的投诉意见，没有得到认真对待。

Dear salmank103, Thank you for your visit to Melati Beach Resort & Spa and for your review. I was very saddened reading that the tropical environment of the resort had such a negative impact on your stay. As announced in the rooms and as you could surely witness it, fumigation or spray against moquitoes is a daily occurrence at the resort. Rest assured that we are doing all that is in our capabilities to keep this issue under control - which proves challenging in a year where all Thailand is particulalrly affected. Power cut-offs by local supply authorities are frequent on the island in case of heavy rain. The resort is equipped with generators that cover 100% of its electical needs, and they get started automatically after only a few seconds once power is no longer supplied. I am sorry that your remarks were not "taken seriously" when you made them, as your comfort and satisfaction should always be our utmost concern. Best regards. 酒店很棒，令人放松，所有工作人员都很热情，乐于助人。我们住的是带泳池的别墅，每晚都会有人帮我们开夜床，在蜡烛上倒上香薰油，所以我们回来后房间闻起来非常香。食物很美味，我们住的这十天里都没吃腻。由Best及其团队管理的泳池区非常热心，特别是在欢乐时光（happy hour）。非常感谢大家让我们度过了蜜月旅行最放松的时刻。我们去香港旅行4天后会再来的。

We had room 308. The pool and the garden were shaded by the wall and fence. The fence is tall for privacy. The garden was private.
The pool also had over hanging trees that dropped a few leaves but it was thoroughly cleaned everyday.
I really liked the garden and the pool. You can find a sunny spot most of the day but I also welcomed the shade when I came from the beach or the main pool.
Yes. Hotel do provide shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash/ tooth brush/ body lotion/ comb/ cotton bud/ cotton ball etc
