L’accueil : nous avons été déçu de l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons posé quelques questions sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel mais nous avons été rapidement coupés, par une responsable du personnel, pour nous faire scanner un qr code en nous répondant « vous avez toutes les réponses dessus ».
Etat général de la chambre : Le pommeau de douche changeait de température de manière autonome. Nous avons pris toutes nos douches avec du chaud/froid.
Buffet : pas très varié, pas beaucoup de choix.
Animations : nous avons appris, 4 jours avant notre départ, que des animations étaient organisées au sein de l’hôtel.
Soirée : très peu d’animations, c’est souvent les mêmes soirées qui sont proposés : un concert.
Personnel : malgré la mauvaise impression que nous a fait la responsable lors de notre arrivée, le reste du personnel sont d’une gentillesse incroyable.
Nous avons réellement apprécié leur sourire et leur bonne humeur.
Attention, les TIPS inscrits sur les tickets que nous signons après chaque consommation, ne leur sont pas reversés.
Rapport qualité/prix : nous pensons que le prix que nous avons payé pour notre séjour ne correspond pas au service et prestation que nous avons reçu.

Well what can I say.... what a wonderful place to spend our ladies holiday....
Lets start with the Staff, omg they are all amazing from the reception, bar, dining, drinks waiters to the cleaning staff, everyone bent over backwards to accommodate during our whole stay, nothing was too much trouble. We were a group of 8 ladies (now you know who we are lol) and can safely say we were treated exceptionally well, they reserved a dining table for us so we all could eat together at each meal time (we didn't even ask).
we never found it difficult to rummage for sunbeds and when there were none free the staff went and found extra beds for us.
The rooms were spacious and lovely and clean, they came daily to clean make the beds and leave fresh towels, the drinks fridge were filled daily and so were the complimentary toiletries. The safe was free to use and one day i stupidly did not shut it, so a note was left and a man came to reset it and did not leave until i checked everything was still in there.
The pool area was generally quite and relaxing, they have aqua aerobics most days and the guy who instructs it is hilarious (be prepared for banter). They have various activities going on throughout the day which is not by the pool so there are relaxing time if that's what you want. The beach was lovely although a little stoney due to the coral, we took sea shoes so it was perfect, the sea was a little choppy when we went due to it being the end of their winter, but the sea was lovely an warm.
The food:
There is the main restaurant is self service and each evening meal is themed (nationalities), there is not a massive choice but always something to enjoy, the breakfast was lovely, if you want a typical English brekkie then fill ya boots, it has all you need.
There is also an A'la Carte restaurant with a menu, it offers a wide choice of delicious meals... just be careful to look at what you order, as some require payment (those with * beside are all inclusive included) our only problem was that due to being a large table our food took a little longer to come out, however, they made sure the drinks were flowing (unfortunately for me one night too much lol).
I could go on and on but must get on with some work lol, I Would lastly like to give a special mention to the poor barman/waiter who had to put up with our loudness and cheeky behaviour and that was Avinash.... he went out of his way to keep us ladies happy from setting up a seating area for us to keeping the drinks coming even when not asked... exceptional work.

A place to recommend for a nice relaxing vacation. The room are small but well clean and maintain by the housekeeping Ooma. Harry very friendly and helpful always having a positive attitude from the restaurant team. I would to thanks Nadini for sweet smile. Thanks to all.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the team at Post Lafayette for making our trip and experience worthwhile. We travelled as a group of friends and we had a great time at this resort. A special Thank You to the following team members:
Hans: for all the activities and constant entertainment and checking if everything was okay.
Jessica : for housekeeping and making sure our room was clean at all times
Ladhla: the best rooftop bartender and for all the nice cocktails and great entertainment and service.
Temmy: for the customer service making sure all was great
AV and the Aqua restaurant and bar team for the best service.
Would highly recommend spending a day at the sister hotel Azuri, which was also a splendid experience.
Overall, we had the best experience at this resort and the team has an outstanding service.

Séjour assez mitigé au Radisson Blu Poste le Fayette.
Cet hotel est situé sur l'une des cotes les moins prisées de l'ile (l'est). Vent assez fort et en continu pendant l'hiver (et meme en été d'ailleur).
Le choix au restaurant est limité à tous les repas et la qualité juste assez bon. Il y a un tout petit bar à la plage/lounge.
Nous avions eu une chambre vue mer pour mon compte de fidélité d'un site de réservation. La chambre est assez grande. Les portes (d'entrée et du balcon) laissent passer le bruit des bavardages du personnel ainsi que le bruit assez impressionnant des vagues qui s'écrasent, surtout la nuit.
Le spa est correct. Le personnel accueillant et prennent en compte vos besoins et demandes. Un hammam dans la chambre de soins.
Nous nous passerons de cet hotel à notre prochaine visite car il y a bien mieux sur l'ile.
