Yes, rented from Pure Car Rent and they were great; not expensive at all. Service was perfect. They brought the car to us at the airport, we completed paperwork there and we were on our way. Easiest rental experience I have ever had. Communication was excellent, all details were worked out in advance. We paid a small deposit to hold the reservation-done securely online. For return we had a late flight out, they had us park the car in the airport domestic lot, put key & parking ticket in the trunk and we were done. Recommend with no hesitation. Greetings! Generally, the sea conditions in February are quite accommodating. However, I highly recommend adhering to the Green/Yellow/Red flags at all times and restricting your swimming to the area overseen by the lifeguards at the beachfront of the hotel. Additionally, life jackets are available for your use.

The transportation company used by the hotel is offering shuttle service between the hotel and Phuket Town, Central Festival and Patong.

Marriot has 3 properties at Mai Khao:
1. Marriott’s Mai Khao Beach Phuket - nearest to Turtle Village
2. The Marriott Phuket Beach Club ( also known as Marriott Vacation Club)
3. JW Marriott Phuket (Hotel)
If you stay at no. 1, the breakfast is at different place. But if you stay at no. 2 or no. 3, it is at the same place. The reception is also the same.
