Our resort is isolated and the car is essential. Todi is far 10 Km. and close grocery is at 3 Km. far. The station train is in Orvieto (35 Km. far) is impossible for me accompany you at the train station e by taxi is very expensive. Unfortunately we are not well served by public transport but in any case someone also passes by Izzalini. If you don't have a car you can still enjoy the small village of Izzalini, there is a restaurant bar and you can take beautiful walks in the countryside.

Our cancellation policy: Free cancellation within 7 days before arrival. Cancellation made after this deadline up to the 5th day before arrival, will be charged the cost of the first night. After this deadline, up to the 3rd day before arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged. After this deadline the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Dear CynAnn, we recommend flying into Rome because it's more close and we recommend getting a rental car because we are a bit isolated

The rooms are very cool because the walls are very thick, so there is no need for air conditioning

For car rental costs you may consult the Avis or Hertz web-sites. The closest train station with national rail is Orvieto (33 km/40 minutes driving), but for Rome is better to go in Terni station (51 km/46 minutes). You may also check on the Google Maps. To rent a car is very necessary, you may do it also in Terni, Perugia and Orvieto, but at the airport they're are always open, instead in the other smaller town they close on Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day. I suggest to book it online as soon as possible!
