I second the post about the torch.......and don’t forget your booze as it’s a dry camp!
It is cold at night but heavy Bedouin coats are supplied to walk up to the restaurant. These will be offered for sale if you wish to keep them. The tents are heated by means of a wall mounted air conditioning / heating unit. We had a fantastic nights sleep here.
I didn't do the camel ride but a few others did. I think that they were gone for about an hour. Seemed quite happy with the trip.
We had 2 jeep tours, one at sunset and the next day at sunrise. Both were incredible. I strongly recommend those tours which enable you to see a lot of amazing places. We paid +/- 40 Jordanian dinars for 2 hours, for the 4 of us.
Hi. We had a traditional barbeque that had been cooked under the sand. There were many vegetables to accompany the meats so I would think it would suit a vegetarian
