The room is bright and clean, the best we have stayed in Matsu. Location is also amazing, close to both the harbor and the airport. In Nangan have two ways to see the blue tears. First one is seeing at coast line, actually it not easy to see the blue tears at coast line right now, the weather is too hot, the blue tears will die. Second, you can see the blue tears at Beihai Tunnel, it have 80% to see, it need the ticket.(NT300 per person)
