這次入住浮雲客棧其實是臨時決定的，因為原本要訂的飯店滿房，臨時才發現這裡有空房可以預訂。當時才知道，剛好那幾天中央公園有一場大型演唱會，難怪其他飯店都被訂滿了。
抵達飯店時，他們提供自動化入住登記，雖然也有工作人員協助確認細節。讓我特別注意的是飯店內設有AI機器人和一台大型的KUKA六軸機械手臂，就像公司用的那種，還有專門寄放行李的地方。我覺得這位老闆很聰明，把智能服務做成一種噱頭展示出來，還蠻有趣的。我原本期待能親自體驗AI機器人幫我取行李，不過後來沒機會實現。
晚上入住後，飯店提供了晚餐，這讓我頗感驚喜，因為一般飯店多半只有提供早餐。即使晚餐時間已經接近結束，還是有簡單的熱食和飲品。早餐時我選擇靠窗的座位，窗外正對中央公園的舞台，還能看到演唱會的燈光效果，視野很好但隔音也不錯，完全不影響休息。事後查了一下才知道那場是911的演唱會，燈光效果真的挺吸引人的。
房間內設有電動窗簾，拉開後可以直接俯瞰演唱會的舞台。房間的智能服務也很貼心，比如多功能語音助手可以播放音樂、設定鬧鐘，還能代為申請物品。我試著用語音要求熨斗，雖然最後還是工作人員送來，但系統的反應很迅速，還算方便。
飯店內部也有一層樓設置自動販賣機，通過掃描QR Code和信用卡支付，方便購買日常用品甚至一些較私密的物品。這種設計讓人不用特地跑外面的便利店，非常貼心。
值得一提的是，浮雲客棧很注重環保。房間內沒有提供瓶裝水，而是給了一個透明水瓶，每層樓都有自助飲水機，可以接熱水、溫水或冷水。盥洗用品如沐浴乳、洗髮精和乳液都是固定在浴室牆上的，這種設計雖然無法將盥洗小物帶回，但非常符合環保的理念。
以價格來看，浮雲客棧比我以前常住的「探索私旅」便宜約三分之一，卻提供了寬敞明亮的地下停車場和先進的設施，整體性價比非常高。我覺得這次體驗相當滿意，以後有機會會再來入住。
This time, I stayed at Floating Cloud Inn as a last-minute decision because the hotel I originally wanted to book was fully occupied. I found out later that it was because a large concert was taking place at Central Park during those days, which explained why most hotels were fully booked.
Upon arrival, the hotel offered automated check-in services, although staff members were available to assist with the process. What caught my attention was the presence of an AI robot and a large KUKA six-axis robotic arm, similar to those used in industrial settings. There was also a dedicated luggage storage area. The owner is quite clever, using smart technology as a gimmick to attract attention. I was looking forward to experiencing the AI robot retrieving my luggage for me, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance.
In the evening, the hotel provided dinner, which was a pleasant surprise since most hotels typically only include breakfast. Even though it was quite late when I arrived at the dining area, they still had some simple hot dishes and drinks available. The next morning, I chose a seat by the window in the breakfast area. The window overlooked Central Park’s stage, offering a clear view of the concert’s lighting effects. The view was great, and the soundproofing was excellent, so my rest wasn’t disturbed at all. Later, I found out the concert was a performance by the band 911. The lighting effects were really impressive.
The electric curtains in my room revealed a direct view of the concert stage. The smart services in the room were also thoughtful. For example, the multifunctional voice assistant could play music, set alarms, and request items. I tried using it to ask for an iron. Although the iron was eventually delivered by a staff member instead of a robot, the system’s response was quick and convenient.
The hotel also had a floor with vending machines that accepted QR code payments and credit cards. This made purchasing daily necessities or even more private items easy, saving a trip to a convenience store.
One thing worth mentioning is how eco-friendly the hotel is. There were no bottled waters provided in the room. Instead, they gave me a simple transparent water bottle, and each floor had a water station for hot, warm, or cold water. The room also had a kettle to boil water. Bath amenities, such as shampoo, body wash, and lotion, were wall-mounted dispensers in the bathroom. While I couldn’t take any small toiletries as souvenirs, I appreciated the environmentally conscious design.
In terms of pricing, Floating Cloud Inn was about one-third cheaper than the hotel I used to stay at, “Explore Hotel.” Despite the lower cost, it offered a spacious, clean, and well-lit underground parking lot and advanced facilities. The value for money was excellent, and I was highly satisfied with my stay. I would consider staying here again in the future.

隔音非常差，隔壁洗澡、上厕所、看电视、吹头发、连挂衣服都很吵，整个晚上几乎没睡着
