Sehr neues und äußerst gepflegtes, sauberes Hotel mit hohem Komfort. Sehr guter Service und gründliche Zimmerreinigung. Das Bett ist super gemütlich und man kann nachts gut schlafen, da die Straße ruhig ist und die Klimaanlage angenehm temperierbar ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich lecker und auf Nachfrage wurden unsere Wünsche sogar übertroffen. Wir wollten lediglich Curry mit Reis und wurden von einer Auswahl von authentischem, frischem Sri Lankanischen Speisen überrascht. Wir haben unseren ganzen Aufenthalt dort gegessen, weil es einfach lecker war! Bei Bedarf bekamen wir sogar Nachschub. Vor der Tür liegt der Hafen wo man Whalewatching buchen kann - Wir selbst konnten so einen Finnwal und etliche Delfine sehen. Um die Ecke liegt der Secret Beach, wo man auf einem kleinen aber feinen Strandabschnitt bei lässiger Housemusik kalte Getränke genießen kann. Trinkt man etwas, kann man kostenfrei Sonnenliegen nutzen, was für uns fair erschien. In Europa zahlt man pro Tag deutlich mehr für eine Liege! Für 500-1000 Rupien kann man ein Tuktuk nehmen. Das Hotel hat uns auf Nachfrage auch Badetücher ausgeliehen! Auf der anderen Seite liegt der Misrissa beach, ebenfalls fußläufig oder gegen kleines Geld mit dem Tuktuk erreichbar. Dort sind abends viele Strandbars offen und der Coconut tree hill ist auch gut zugänglich. Das Hotel und das tolle Hotelpersonal sind eine tolle Kombination mit klarer Weiterempfehlung!

It’s a good hotel with very attentive and professional staff. We were welcomed with cold towels for our heads and cold orange juice, which was just PERFECT coming after the heat outside.
It is a charming fifteen your so minute walk from Secret Beach, and about as long down the road to Mirissa Beach.
The room was clean and cool but there were no bathroom packages, toothbrush or combs or anything. Not a big deal, but for the price and star rating I was a bit surprised. Also the wifi was a bit weak, hit or miss in our room.
But the staff were very helpful and the meals were good.
Overall a good stay, especially for anyone seeking a quieter location than the noisy beachside down the road.

Pro’s: - Staff are very friendly, always met us with a big smile. Happy to help with any issues we had - Greeted us with lovely cold face cloth and welcome drink which was a nice touch - Lovely new hotel with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms - Robes in the room (but no ties for the robes!) - Good air con and fan in the room - Nice large balcony with view towards harbour - Good location near harbour for whale watching (although our trip was cancelled due to lack of whale sightings.. only to be told later that day that other boats that went out saw whales!) - Complimentary 2x small water bottles in room every day - Tea and coffee facilities and minibar at additional cost - Nice rooftop pool area
Con’s: - We experienced two power outages during our stay (room 202) and woke up with no a/c or fan or lights one of the days - The breakfast is poor. Waffles and pancakes undercooked both mornings we ate, despite giving feedback they came out again raw. Coffee not great, opt for the tea. Fruit was nice - Service at pool area odd. When we arrived two staff were waiting there and brought us drinks and set up our beds which was great, but then they disappeared and another couple who came up couldn’t order drinks or get sun bed mats. Bar area at pool feels like a ghost town - unfinished and bar not stocked. As if they didn’t expect guests to actually go up there - Toilets at pool unfinished - Stairwells/ hallways need to be better cleaned (brand new hotel but already stains setting in on the tiles outside our room) - should be wet mopped with floor cleaner instead of just dry swept and a damp mop ran over them - The general vibe was that the staff and hotel have not received the ‘finishing touch’ and lack a degree of finesse/ customer service. This hotel had great potential and some things are very nice, but it needs an injection of life and further training for the staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay but this hotel needs some further work

Overall a good experience. The hotel was newly built and had spacious rooms. The staff were friendly. The location is good as it isn't far from the beach and close to the harbour. Breakfast was based on a menu and there was no buffet available at the time of our stay.
Nice new resort near Mirissa Harbour, easy access to the Harbour and the beach nearby. Clean, simple yet spacious room with necessary amenities . Staff members of the resort are local and genuinely nice and helpful. Since the resort is not by the sea I did not taste the food there. It’s better to walk around the beach and have some grills of fresh seafood.
