Hello, how many beds in one house? are there any children's beds? in one house there will be 4 adults and one child? Thank you)

Dear Madam/Sir; I wonder about the latest review made by one Canadian couple. People are different. Within two years time we could achieve the Certificate of Excellence b'se of our hospitality mentioned by our previous guests. This couple seemed us very stingy. We treated them best what we can. At the time they came to our place I was not at home to explain all including menu card. But my helper told me that they asked rates for each and every meal. Normally upon arrival I explain my guests that certain parts of the menu is included to room charges and for others they have to pay. I normally included toasted bread, Egg (bull's eye), Jam and Butter to room charges. In addition, fruit plates (with more than five fruits) and tea or coffee will be charged. But this couple did not pay for the fruit plates and coffee/tea though my helper explained them about the menu. Their idea was all these must be free. May be some guest houses included them to room rates. But I am sure they may give two kinds of fruits. Not more than that. Once you read most of the reviews made by our previous guests, they encourage to get meals from our guest house as our meals are very tasty , fresh and representing traditional Sri Lankan foods. Initially this couple were very happy about our breakfast and dinner, later they tried not to pay for meals pointing out that they were womiting after our third day breakfast. But no one had that experience who had the same stuff. B'se of that I repeatedly asked what they had outside. Then they told me they had a water bottle. After that I could find that the expiry date of that water bottle has been tippexed. Even my staff praised me finding out the reason for vomiting. Otherwise they never pay for meals. My husband and myself we time to time asked them to go for a doctor by our car. We voluntarily tried to help them. At that time they told us that they don't have money to take medicine. Only they had panadol received from me. On the day they sick they would inform us as early as possible before preparing their dinner. They inform that even after we prepared them special dishes such a prawns on their request. But they even did not care for it. Our apartment is not a guarage. Initially we wanted to have a restaurant in that building. Therefore there was a closed sliding door covered by a curtain. But now it has been removed and we put a very nice window. After their departure we had to clean the room nearly three days to get to a proper standard. But they were talking about cleanliness. During their stay once we asked to clean the room, they refused it as their laughages were here and their. This couple made a very unreasonable review. Thanking you.
