在京都以非常愉快的方式度过了一个短暂的假期。酒店离市中心和祇园区域很近,公共交通的服务很好,酒店的服务也很棒。东山酒吧非常出色,里面非常安静、精致。

我的妻子和我在一楼的豪华间住了4个晚上。这里可以俯瞰花园,卧室宽敞,带有浴室和淋浴以及独立卫生间。然而,储物空间非常有限,洗手台非常狭窄,酒店距离京都火车站大约15分钟车程,乘坐巴士可以直达。距离酒店最近的餐厅需要步行7-8分钟,不然的话,酒店的餐厅(日式、意式、烧烤餐厅)也提供用餐。我们在意式和烧烤餐厅吃过饭,食物和服务都很好。晚上有歌舞伎表演,还有超赞的起泡酒,以及半价的欢乐时光。总的来说,这是一次非常愉快的经历,尽管我们没有足够的存储空间,但我们还是会很高兴再次入住的。

京都一直都是最喜欢的城市之一,这家凯悦酒店也是如此。酒店地处三十三间堂隔壁,对面就是京都博物馆和京都四季。位置还是很好的,去哪儿都方便。晚上也很安静。 酒店开业已经十几年了,但是维护的很不错,无论是酒店大堂,餐厅还是客房都看着很不错,特别是庭院,充满和风,古色古香的。 酒店层高不高,总共五六层的样子。餐厅都在一层,选择还是挺丰富的。客房在京都算是还不错的,软硬件设施都蛮好。休息的很不错。 服务也是很好的,从门童,前台到客房服务,水准很好。总体而言很棒的一家酒店,值得推荐。

今年我已经在这个酒店住过两次了,在不考虑酒店的价格(有时候这里的价格非常可笑)的情况下,这个酒店还不错。去找前台是不能保证成功的。有时你可能能找到一个称职的接待员,但是其他时候他们都应该先去上一上语言课。我非常不喜欢春天不提供空调的酒店。我把空调设置到了18度,但是晚上却流着汗醒过来。空调只吹热风。关掉空调打开窗子的话,早上又有很大的交通噪音。床是硬的那种。下次我要待在这个城市的时候,我可能会住到其他地方去。

All of your points raised have been taken seriously and we thank you for your constructive feedback. Your comments will help us address the shortcomings you experienced and allow us to review our basic standards to ensure we don’t slip up again. I’m sorry to hear our front desk service is “hit or miss” and that there’s a serious need for language training. 根据酒店的建议,我们在出发前预定了一个三星级的酒店。网上没有菜单。当我们在东京的时候发现我们不能吃大部分的食物,所以我们提前4天试图取消预订。服务人员说不可以,我们被收取了37000日元的全部费用。对这里的服务非常失望。
