Hello Lynsey R, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us and we have taken note of your concerns. We are sorry to discover your stay with us was not as good as it has been for others. We have been working with all of our booking partners to ensure guests staying during the renovation period received a special construction offer and were made aware of renovations taking place. It is truly regrettable that you were not aware of the renovations taking place on the separate West side of our resort. Our internet service provider has been working closely with us to address the brief interruption in our WiFi service and the issue has been resolved. In light of the recent severe hurricanes, our service provider experienced telecommunications damage that has had an impact region wide and ultimately has had an effect on several homes and business in Barbados. We hope you will continue to visit Barbados and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Hello Danielle M, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your praise of our staff and beachfront. We are sorry to hear that you were unaware of the renovations currently being done on the larger side of our property. Please know that we have made every effort to inform all of our guests, with notice of the renovation being made available to our booking partners as well as to guests who have booked directly with us, in addition to providing a booking offer for the period. As the gym and spa are located on the side of the property undergoing renovations, these facilities were closed to unauthorised personnel in order to ensure the safety of our guests. While the restaurant, pool and pool bar on the larger side of the property are closed, our second restaurant and pool on the East side of the resort remain open to all of our guests. We hope this response clears up any misunderstanding. The larger side of the resort will be open soon and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on our new look.
