Loved the vibe of the place especially the garden terrace. Place was clean. Staff was very helpful. Loved the fact that we could prepare meals. I was barefoot all the time haha so I was very comfortable. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Their shuttle service was great and budget friendly. Actually the cheapest price we got. $30. The driver was a nice driver. Made our over all stay at Deez a great one.

We were staying in Kingston for 1 night and needed to find a budget friendly accommodation. The pictures online reflects the room we stayed in which was great. The accommodation was clean, very quiet and staff were helpful. Breakfast was a local dish. It was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Deez bed n breakfast So, I was all set to start my deserved, 3 week long holiday in Jamaica. First stop Kingston. I had booked this establishment based on the good reviews on Bookings.com and our budget. Our booking for a 2 bedroomed property was made on 3 January. Unfortunately, this business doesn't accept credit/debit cards, just cash, bank transfer or WU money transfer, in advance (not that this mattered under the circumstances, which will become apparent as you continue to read this); of the three choices, the latter was my only option but an expensive one due to the charges WU make and rate of exchange used. I explained this to Deez and they were very accommodating of the circumstances and responded :- "If you would like I could allow you to pay upon arrival but we have to get a 24hr confirmation that you will definitely be coming" I thought 'Great, this is flexible and reasonable of them' I confirmed that my friend and I would absolutely be there, no advance 24 hr confirmation needed from me. The evening before our flight, at 7.46pm (UK time) I did still send a WA text to Deez confirming our flight was still scheduled to arrive on time. At 11.26pm (UK time), I received the following response from Deez- "Hi Jo , Unfortunately I have some bad news ,the room that you booked a guest that is having flight issues has extended there stay and in that case we won't have it available 😟 am so sorry about that . My sincere apologies however I have taken it upon myself to book somewhere else for you and I can still have the taxi pick you up at the airport and drop you at your destination." Needless to say, I was appalled, that Deez felt it was OK to displace me when I had a confirmed booking, no establishment would treat guests this way. Now you're thinking 'It's because the deposit wasn't paid?" Nope, when I stated this to Haragail (Deez) their response was that "we would have refunded the deposit" I was incensed, angry, frustrated and at midnight what was I going to be able to book last minute and trust me, the majority of the decent establishments were fully booked? As for their, "taking it upon themselves to book alternative accommodation at the Tropical Inn Hotel", I'll leave you to read the Tripadvisor reviews. I'm struggling to comprehend why, when I had a confirmed booking in place, was I kicked out in favour of someone who didn't? Why didn't Deez take it upon themselves to offer this guest the alternative arrangements, they're the ones that didn't have a booking for 8-10 February. Deez, I suggest you obtain advice, guidance and training on the correct protocols that should be used in this instance. You may be 'riding high' on lots of positive reviews currently, and I'm sure they're valid and deserved but for any future customers 'woe betide' you suffer the same fate and treatment as myself; deposit paid or not, your booking is not secure and can be cancelled at a moment's notice. Thank goodness I sent my message when I did, cause God only knows when they would have informed me that they'd cancelled my accommodation. I'm seething 🤬

Awesome get away warm and friendly host. Already book my next stay. Break fast each day is always a treat. They are always willing to take you on a journey no matter where they will take you there. Guys book your stay at any of there location.
