The guards are friendly and professional! Ms Janet, Tatlya-kitchen staff are amazing. Michelle takes pride in keeping rooms clean. I trust all staff with our personal things. Be sure to grab a drink (virgin or not) and watch the sunset from the 3rd floor. Wide selection of meeting rooms: wedding party, focus groups, mission trips, and dream teams. do not even bother booking this place. Management doesn’t care about customers and they will do nothing to help you even when you’re in the right, all because they are greedy for their money. We checked in to this hotel and within 2 hours of checking in, the water shut off! Can you believe it- the water shut off!! we had to call them to which they answered they will turn on the backup. I’ve never heard of such a thing. There was neither hot water before it shut off or from the backup. My wife is pregnant and she can’t be showering in ice cold water in case she might get sick, and we told them we’re checking out asap which we did as we didn’t even stay one night. The hotel ignored our request and they denied Expedia’s request for a refund citing they they had no water problems. They lied. I had a call with the front desk who admitted to a problem with the main line and told me to wait for the backup. So I know they’re liars. I will leave a negative review everywhere for this inconvenience. Eventually I got my full refund because expedia has better customer service than these fools. I booked their most expensive room, so imagine what the service and experience is like for their lesser rooms. Avoid this place at all costs! If you value your time and your money as well as need customer service, avoid them. They do not care about anyone but themselves. Please see the screenshots below. You will see their lies.
