Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our property. We are grateful for all feedback, as it allows us the opportunity to identify our strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, your comments have been passed on to the relevant departments for immediate evaluation and action as needed. Regarding your concern about our bartender, I'm so sorry that your experience at our resort did not quite meet your expectations because of this incident. As you may know, we take this very seriously at our resorts and while it is not a regular occurrence, we still make the necessary provisions to ensure that there is not a repeat.
