Attended and agreed the room price of $8,500. There were no signs up with room prices. Observed an AC unit, and fan in the room.. Room and bathroom was decent size and clean. Paid $10,000 and left to buy food. On my return I was told the room rate increased to $8,800.. I asked how? I have already paid you in Jamaican.... The boss said the rate rise, she said.. The AC unit and the fan in the room did not work. I asked for a refund and was refused. I was stuck in a room that was 35 degrees Celsius, sweating like no tomorrow. The neighbouring room, behind the mirror, had the TV blaring the whole night. I called reception to sort this out and nothing happened. This place will never see me again.
