最棒的
我和丈夫来到这家店办婚礼，非常满意，我们真的不能再要求更多了。员工们很贴心友善，没有任何毛病。所有的餐厅食物都不错，餐厅种类多样，选择也很多元，不会让你觉得腻。环境超赞的，就像天堂。我们住在一个高档别墅里，我一进去就被阳台的视野吓到了，别墅很棒，干净，舒适，明亮。坦白说，我会永远记得这里，这里最适合我们的婚礼。我们还会再来的。

完美
一个朴素的，极好的地方。最吸引我们的是，把每一方面的细节分开来看都比我们在carribean其他参观过的地方要好。在我们入住的时候酒店的房间都住满了，但是我们从来不觉得他们很忙，所以我们可以尽情地去放松。迫不及待地想再回去。

很漂亮
酒店在Pitons之间的位置很棒。在雨林中有这样一个别墅俯瞰大海非常棒。海滩和餐厅非常好，提供一流的服务，员工非常友善。房间超级好，没有蚊子。对主餐厅有点小失望，因为相当闷热，但是这是个人意见。如果有人认为Sugar Beach酒店不是天堂的一角的话，我们是很难相信这点的。在这里不用等待穿梭巴士，每个人都记得我们的名字，展现了专业的管理理念。游泳，帆船，潜泳和鸡尾酒都很好。海滩上总是有很多床，维护得非常干净。强烈推荐全包的套餐，这样你就不用考虑价格问题了。这里还有很多食物和饮料的选择。

Beach酒店的美好时光，大堂食物非常好！
我们本来在另一个度假胜地待着，服务员视我们整个团（3 对情侣）为稀客，尽管如此，我们还是在Sugar Beach酒店的沙滩度过了两天时光。本来打算只去一天，但是实在太棒了，就决定第二天再去。服务很棒，休息室和“小屋”很舒适。不管是大堂的食物还是服务都是我们在圣卢西亚期间最棒的体验。我们的服务员帕斯卡尔非常棒，可以让他表演两个葡萄酒软木塞的戏法！

和我期待的不一样
我习惯住真正的豪华度假酒店（马尔代夫等），这个地方也许以前对我来说还不错...但是这里真的需要重新塑造下。要记住的是，这里正在建新的度假村，所以比较吵。渔民一大早就开始工作，而且就在酒店外面，所以没法睡懒觉。餐厅没多少当地的鱼，有点儿让人失望。儿童俱乐部很不错，员工都很热情。

Good day, Thank you for your comments about your recent stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. I am sorry to hear of the disappointments that you have highlighted. We pride ourselves on providing the best service and amenities for our guests. Based on what you have described, it is obvious that we fell short of your expectations. I would like to apologize for the noise created by the fishermen casting their nets offshore near your accommodations. I understand they were quite noisy very early in the morning. I can assure you that this is not the norm and our security team did ask them to respect the needs of our guests and keep the noise to a minimum. I also understand your concerns about the lack of local fish on our menus. There is strong demand island-wide for local fish and the fishermen do not always catch enough to supply our restaurants. We are working closely with fishermen on the island in an effort to offer our guests local fish on a daily basis. We are continuing to review our service standards in the areas that you have highlighted to ensure that our guests are always satisfied with our offerings and services. Once again, thank you for your comments and business. We hope you will consider a return visit to Sugar Beach at some point in the future. Regards, André Boersma General Manager
