Yes, the hotel gives you beach towels. You will love the resort
Dressy shorts were acceptable at all the restaurants that we visited at the Heritance Arrah.
We really enjoyed this place and all the staff were excellent ….. nothing was too much trouble
My husband only wore shorts the entire time. You can even be barefoot.
