I had a booking via Hotels.com in this hotel. When I arrived, they refused to honor the booking. I had specifically booked a king size bed room ( suite) type which was more expensive than their other rooms or even the "two bed" type rooms. But on arrival, I was told that hotel has all same room type irrespective of price and hotel can give me 2 bed room than a king bed room as per its discretion despite my booking for a king bed suite. It gave me a disgusting room. Luckily , being a gold customer client, I called up Hotels.com and could cancel my booking at no cost. Other Negatives 1. There is no restaurant attached to hotel or any restaurant nearby. ( they only serve breakfast). 2. Duty manager ( on site) had no interest to solve the problem. If the CEO of hotel is reading this review, I urge you sack this manager immediately as he has no interest in helping your business in any way. Hotel nuevo, ubicado a unos minutos del aeropuerto. Cama muy cómoda, todas las instalaciones sin falla. Muy bueno para llegar o salirdel aeropuerto. Para facilitar el envío a la habitación de comida de restaurantes externos proporcionan un código QR que muestra todas las opciones. Muy buen hotel.
