Reading about your experience at Hyatt Regency Mexico City, we can know your travel purpose was business and that you attended to one of the events held at our meeting spaces. We are very thankful to hear you appreciated from the design and decor of the event spaces to the catering and service. One of the main reasons why our staff is motivated towards providing a service of excellence, is due to our philosophy which is taking care of people so they can be their best. When we take care of our colleagues, we know they will take care of our guests, so we are glad to hear you felt that way. As you mentioned before, the hotel rooms have gone through renovations and have a very fresh and modern look that enhance our guests experiences. It is great to now that you also appreciated the location of the hotel specially when your travel purpose is for business. Polanco besides being close from museums, shops, art galleries and restaurants, it is also surrounded by several corporations that suit very well our guests´ needs. 我在最近的商务旅行中选择入住凯悦。从地理位置上看，酒店在波兰科附近而且靠近我们的各种商务会议地点。分配给我的房间可以俯瞰我喜欢的查普尔特佩克公园。房间里的一切设施都令人满意。餐厅的选择很好，酒店周围是其他酒店和附近的餐厅，也提供了另一种就餐选择。服务很好，入住和退房都很及时，很有礼貌。我再次来墨西哥城的时候会考虑再住一次凯悦。

酒店地理位置优越，步行5分钟即可到达许多高档餐厅。工作人员非常友好，经常询问我们是否需要他们的帮助。行政酒廊正在装修。会议室里有一个临时休息室。
