我们刚从墨西哥的这家酒店愉快地待了10天回来。酒店本身非常棒，服务是首屈一指的（90％的时间）。酒店位置有点偏，比如打车去playa del carmen大约需要500比索。我们最终租了几天车去进行探索。这里的食物是我迄今住过的包餐酒店最好的。我们特别喜欢在Satsu的点菜。请注意，如果你在Olios上用餐，份量很少。我们很幸运，因为我们住在这里的时候酒店的入住率大约为30％。这意味着在使用日光浴床/餐厅桌子的时候没有任何问题。有一些小小的“不好的”方面。酒店声明没有预留的日光浴床，但在最后的几天里，（酒店）预留了几张床，不过一整天都没有人使用。虽然总体服务很棒，但在我们的最后几天里大幅下滑。我们觉得这是由于这里正在举行婚礼，但这并不是理想状态。我会强烈推荐这家酒店，因为我们在这里度过了愉快的时光。

Dear Becky, Thank you for your preference and the opportunity to have hosted your holidays at Haven Riviera Cancun Resorts & Spa. Our food & beverage department is highly rated by our guests, we are happy to hear, that we did meet your expectations through our culinary experience and rate our resort as one of the best food you have tried at an all-inclusive hotel. Riviera Cancun is located between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, therefore our property has a privileged location, that make our ocean front almost a private area, surrounded by jungle, part of the Great Reef park, short driving distances to Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, and to many attractions and ruins. Thank you for your recommendations for future guest on ranting a car. Thank you for bringing into our attention your concern regarding our pool beds. As you mention, there are plenty distribute along the pools and beach, for all our guest to enjoy. However, there are some few days in the week, especially when there is some particular occasion to celebrate, like the last event “Oktoberfest” in which some very interesting packages includes, under the benefits, one bed. The majority of the week all are free for our guest to pick under first comes first serves... 度假村的环境很棒，丰富多彩。在整个7晚的住宿期间，我都很喜欢这里。所有员工都很棒。每个人都很友好而愉快，热情接待我们。度假村有两个游泳池，位于不同的位置。我们经常去这两个游泳池，因为它们都很棒。 4间餐厅提供各式各样的美食和饮品。我们喜欢所有的4间餐厅。每天的自助早餐和午餐都非常棒，种类丰富！自助午餐位于其中一个泳池附近的餐厅，我可以在那里度过放松的一天，非常好。我在水疗中心做了深度按摩。按摩师非常出色，我还在健身房进行了锻炼，这里有多种健身设备和各种重量可以选择，非常令人满意。这里有沙滩排球，乒乓球，飞镖，地掷球和网球等。他们有一个室外篮球场，但篮筐是向上倾斜的。海滩上有海藻，因此我们不会去海里游泳，但是，海滩非常漂亮，设施也很棒，非常舒适。非常适合成年人休息放松的地方。我们真的很喜欢这一切！

现代风格的酒店，但去其他地方都需要走很长的路。 Limes鸡尾酒吧有很棒的调酒师，鸡尾酒很好，而且离开时不需要付账...，随着酒店的扩建，一侧正在进行建筑工程，但他们没有通知我们，幸运的是这并没有打乱我们的计划。天气很好，餐馆坐满了一半的人，员工应付得很好。会再来。

In Haven we work hard to generate unforgettable experiences every day and to surpass your expectations and we are glad to read you had an amazing time, specially through our mixology cultural experience we strive to create. A convention center and 100 additional rooms are being constructed, however due to the size of the land, the gardens and jungle, and the fact that the wind blows inland it becomes unnoticeable. 我和托马斯·库克赶在周六到的度假酒店，酒店前台告诉我，库克已经预先支付了所有费用，我可以在这里尽情放松。我从前台那里免费升级到了A级，开头就很棒哦。房间很宽敞很干净，布局也不错。度假酒店的餐厅特别棒，食物很美味，员工都是五星级的服务。有一点必须要提一提，这是一个安静的度假胜地，大家要记得这一点哦。如果莱檬运动酒吧买了台球桌，我一定马上去玩一局。给那些和我一样喜爱汉堡的人一个小建议，去街角两个游泳池之间的那家汉堡餐厅，那里的厨师非常擅长做汉堡，他们的汉堡可是一流的。这儿的饮料也特别好，酒店和员工都让我无可挑剔。如果有顾客抱怨海水里有海藻，工作人员就跑去沙滩花上几个小时来清理。如果你们夜里钓鱼的时候发现水里有海藻，可不要错怪工作人员不作为，那是他们白天尽心尽力清理了，夜里看不清海藻也不方便清理。这儿的早餐也非常不错哦。我还看了一场魔术表演，真的很有趣。再给一个温馨提醒，如果你们去牛肉餐厅吃饭，一定要点牛仔牛排，因为它太好吃啦，火候恰到好处。餐厅的员工也好极啦。对这个度假胜地和这儿的工作人员我只能介绍这么多啦，希望我下次来还能有这么棒的体验。再次感谢所有的工作人员哦！

海滩上有海藻，但没关系！您可以让酒店员工帮您联系戴维科波菲尔的出租车，员工知道如何联系他。他会告诉你他的电话号码，然后来接你。泳池工作人员贾比尔会为您提供毛巾，他可以说英语，非常幽默。早餐和午餐自助餐的服务员嘉比瑞拉非常棒，请让他为您服务！道客斯酒吧的调酒师安格尔非常棒，值得一试，并请他教您如何喝龙舌兰酒！食物很好，饮料很棒，旅途很棒！
