We are disappointed to know that you were not satisfied with your stay. We strive to provide the best service to all of our guests and we are disappointed to hear that this did not resonate during your stay. The dining options are very important factors in our overall resort offerings, and we are surprised to read your comments as we haven't had any similar reports. In order to ensure impeccable hygiene implemented in all the stages of food preparation, we have Cristal Certificate which checks all procedures from receiving the products to their preparation. We also run our own internal checks in order to ensure maximum quality and hygiene. Nevertheless, allow me to ensure you that I have informed our Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager in order to review your comments. Best regards, Daniel R., General Manager

非常糟糕的体验。“总统”套房的空调坏了,而不是隔壁825和827房的。太热了睡不着,他们修不好空调。Pelicanos,游泳池,酒吧和大堂的工作人员不友好。主楼的音乐难听且反复。客用的泳池毛巾不足,救生员很沮丧。我的妈妈在他们的大堂摔倒了,他们告诉我们租辆出租车 - 甚至没人愿意接我们去医院。最后一天与经理交谈了,他没有提供任何帮助使旅行变得更好。我再也不会回到那里。

Dear 610petraw, First and foremost, thank you for choosing to stay with us at Hyatt Zilara Cancun. We are very sadden to read about all the issues that you went trough during your experience at our hotel and we would like to send our sincerest apology for inconveniences that were under our control, as the the AC not properly working, the staff service, the music and the towels availability. All this are situations that we understand were not what you expected and we sincerely offer again, our apologies, as this is certainly, not the experience that we are accustomed to provide to all our distinguished guests, specially with our Service from the Heart, that always characterized us. Regarding the unfortunate situation with your mom, we would love to be of more assistance and help you return from the hospital, however, it is something that we are not allowed to do when it involves the safety and security of a person, as we do not have dedicated vehicles to transport anyone that has suffered from any kind of incident. We would have liked to do more, however, we must follow the procedures and politics. We are aware of all the circumstances that you lived while your were staying with us and we know that you were given attention from our management at all moments since your arrival from another resort with the expectations that were created from the previous hotel, we truly regret that you felt that nothing was done to provide you with more assistance. Once again, thank you for deciding to visit us, we would have loved that the situation of your stay was completely different and we hope that your mom is completely recovered from her fall. 如果问我坎昆到底有啥好玩的? 我会说坎昆的沙滩,阳光,咖啡都好到让人想尖叫。 其中HYATT ZILARA 又是让这种尖叫的欲望更加强烈。 酒店的地理位置绝佳,处在度假区域的中间位置,不管是去镇上还是去附近的购物中心都很方便。
