全家在这间酒店住了一个晚上，一开始登记，我们都很高兴可以住在这里。酒店的地板粘着性很强，像有口香糖黐在地上。当我推开滑动门走出走廊，我居然看到三瓶安康啤酒。我的天……我觉得很失望住在这里。2015年5月25日，201号房，房间充满臭味，夜晚闻着很不舒服，可能是啤酒在不断地滴下来。

I can assure you this is not our normal standard of service and the necessary action has taken place. 酒店有潮流、现代的设计风格，但是很多东西让我不太满意。最大的缺点是酒店朝着主街道，街上来往的交通使酒店大多数地方有点吵，甚至在夜里2点也是这样。我的苹果手机无法连接WiFi信号所以不得不用我的平板电脑来处理哪怕一些小问题。考虑到价格是中等，其实在Nilai有更多更好的地方可以选择。

Thank you for taking the time to post your review of Hotel Time Nilai on Tripadvisor. I am most grateful for your feedback, which is such a valuable source of information for me, regardless of whether it is good or bad, and helps me monitor the service we provide. I was concerned to read that you were disappointed with the wifi and road sound of your room. As a slightly road side building, we do have a wide cross section of shapes and sizes of accommodation with varying furnishings. I am sorry that this particular room was not to your liking. All our room windows had been design in double glazing witch could reduce almost 20db sound from the road to keep the room in quiet ,to get the best result the windows must close tie with the handle else the the sound proof are unable to function well.. I am very sorry that your experience but thank you for sharing this with us.We will keep improve our hotel service and other immediate and we hope to serve u again in future. 酒店房间是全新的，非常棒。一家4口人睡一张特大号床。即使打了2辆出租车，每辆15美元，还是比其他靠近机场的酒店要便宜。酒店离乐购购物中心非常近，交通非常便利！

入住手续花了不到10分钟。酒店很容易找到。总经理非常乐于助人。唯一的不足之处是没有门铃和小冰箱，活动场所也不多。建议设置一些小咖啡厅和电子按摩椅，并增加一些卫星电视频道。考虑到安全性，应该安排夜间值班保安。总体而言，入住体验还行，酒店也是全新的。——309号房的Danny 309

尽管我在一个月前就预订了,入住的时候还是等了半个小时。他们竟然说是因为客人们要求晚点退房,真是很没有说服力的借口。房间看起来很干净但是里面竟然有蚂蚁,还是黑色的有点大的那种蚂蚁。能看到它们在角落的墙上和地板上爬,特别是厕所里。厕所的门关不上。热水不总是热的。水很快就凉了。手机信号超级差。在房间里没办法打电话,房间里没有路由只有无线网络可以用。

about 20min by taxi.
Hi.. the distance from Hotel to KTM is around 5 Kms, Hotel will provide the taxi driver number, you can call him and he will come or will send another taxi. Fare minimum they ask 10 RM, expect it to be between 10 to 15 RM, not more than that.
Dear sir,
If the payment had been made via credit card , u dont need to pay cash during check in, but if ur credit card are only for reservation you need to pay cash during ur check in time, its depend on the reservation system you select.
