前台办理入住的工作人员很友好。房间宽敞干净，床和浴室都很棒。但是还是不明白为什么酒店没有标准浴缸，而只有淋浴。对于这么大的酒店来说，健身房的面积很小，而且封闭度很低。详情看我的照片:)。站在跑步机上，我的头离天花板只有一厘米远，wifi非常好，房间里有免费的水和新鲜的咖啡。门房非常友好地帮我打包带回家的东西。

这次我订了一间套房，面积比正常房间要大一些。套房住起来非常舒服，因为活动空间很足，就像住在自己家里一样，让我倍感自在。套房带有一个独立的客厅、书房和厨房，就像一座家庭用房一样！浴室很宽敞，我愿意一直待在里面！酒店的员工非常友善，热情好客，为这家酒店加分不少。酒店的另一个优势是地理位置，它位于市中心，出行极其便利。

酒店的工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。我们的套房很舒适，非常值得一住!床很舒服，我们还使用了冰箱和微波炉。我们还用了热水浴缸里，周围有玻璃窗，很漂亮。酒店位置很优越 ，位于肯辛顿的市中心通往15号公路的完美位置

从入住到退房，服务都超赞！我在三楼的特大床房间住了四晚。设施完善，床铺超舒服，客房服务也很棒！！我决定每天早上在房间里用早饭，服务好极了。食物也很美味！我在酒店的休息室用餐，发现工作人员对话非常有意思，总是能满足我的需要（保持我的啤酒杯满杯），而且让我非常愉悦！酒店离美丽的欧克莱尔公园以及市中心都很近，这算是额外福利！下次飞卡尔加里，我只会住在这里！！！谢谢你们，超棒的工作人员，你们做的太棒啦！

Yes we were able to access the Sheraton Club lounge based on status. It is a really nice lounge in terms of food options and service. There is limited seating. We were there in the summer so the patio seating added to the seating availability. We ate breakfast there every day and found the evening reception food to be delicious and enough for a light dinner.
I don't think they do
With Marriot or Bonvoy membership, Wifi is complimentary. Free to join the membership, then sign in online and book the hotel. you will get free Wifi as well as points.
