我因为出差，所以在这里过夜。有点失望，因为我对费尔蒙酒店的期望很高。前台工作人员很友好。房间很普通，浴室虽然装修了淋浴间，但是很紧，而且由于设计不好，水会从玻璃门漏出。火警在凌晨1点响了，之后我再也睡不着了。我在门外挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子，但客房部上午9点时一直在敲门。

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We would like to extend our personal apologies for the disturbance that occurred in the hotel during the early hours of your stay. We can certainly appreciate how the alarm affected your ability to get a restful sleep, and then to further exacerbate things, to then be disturbed by our Housekeeping Team in the early hours is unacceptable. Please accept our most since apologies. Please rest assured that your recent experience is not in keeping with the service we aim to provide our guests, nor that you have come to expect when staying at a Fairmont property, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again to show you the experience you have come to expect from us. 这家酒店就位于城市的中心。酒店干净优雅、热情好客。虽然我们租了一辆车，但是其实步行我们就可以享受大部分的市区。我们步行走到了福克斯，然后又走到了民权博物馆。我们在餐厅里吃过晚餐，那里食物美味，氛围也很舒适。

Yes it’s open. 9am-9pm. You have to book a timeslot.
The best way is by hotel near downtown, Fairmont Winnipeg is really good but depends also on your budget. The location is really good because is near of many places walking distance like the forks. from there you can walk and grab a bus anywhere in the city. good trip
