服务人员态度还不错，而且我们飞机到的时候是早上，想说先来寄放行李，没想到就已经可以入住了，但我们是订4人房，备品却都只有2份还要再跟柜台人员要。

I wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we have certainly shared this with our teams. I am glad you were able to check in earlier then expected. This feedback is a gift as it allows us to know where we are excelling while also looking at the opportunities to improve our guest services and facilities. I am sorry that you had some concerns with getting to our hotel. I am glad we were able to upgrade your room but we will certainly look into the internet connection. 到市区一日游入住于此。我们早上9点就到了不过已经有房间可入住非常好。饭店设备都不错，位置也很方便，离主要景点都不远。需要备品打电话饭店人员就会送上来也不需等很久。整体而言还不错。

我一定还会再来这里住。酒店位置很完美。房间非常干净现代。床非常舒服。客房服务的菜品超级棒，而且酒店还有一个带吧台的户外游泳池。非常完美！

我的入住体验不太好，因为接待我的家伙似乎对我一点也不感兴趣，而且他有一半的时间在打电话。我的房间没有我想象的那么干净。健身房真的很不错，大厅也吧很漂亮。

Hi,
My room had an electric jug in it - so hot water was easy to get.
I don’t know about a shuttle from the airport to the hotel because we arrived in Toronto on a cruise ship. From the hotel to the airport there was an on-demand ride available from the hotel, and I don’t recall the price or the vehicle (this was five months ago), but we chose to us Uber (there were two of us). The hotel staff should be able to answer your question.
Yes. GEM Expo scheduled from November 11th to 13th 2022.
Daniel, I don't know about early check-in. A call to Hyatt Customer Service can clarify this. They are very helpful.
