我和我的孩子在奥图伊尔旅馆探索老魁北克度过了一个美好的夜晚。停车很方便（因为在老魁北克开车并不是一件很轻松的事），我们只是在酒店前面停了下来，代客泊车场价格合理。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。我们的房间位于主楼层，紧挨着用餐区，非常安静和私密，非常干净，装饰得很好。遮光窗帘可以让你睡个好觉。从酒店步行去探索这座古城很容易，附近有很多很好的设施。最后，他们有新鲜水果做的丰盛的早餐（如果你喜欢薄煎饼，他们的是熟食）。我们一定会再住在这里。

Bonjour Monique! We are all delighted to know you enjoyed your room as well as your stay with us. I absolutely agree about the crepes. They are my personal favourites. Each room is unique, but the overall decor is the same. The room you had, room 51, may at first seem as though it will be noisy due to the room location, but in fact, it is probably the quietest room in the hotel. Bonjour Salesperson! Thank you for taking a moment to review your stay with us. Yes, there are some much more flat versions for returning to the hotel. It is not necessary to take d'Auteuil street up the hill. If you want the exercise, it is a great option, but if you come from the lower town, there are some much more round about ways. There are also two elevator options to take from the lower town to the upper town. Just let us know at the reception, and we can most certainly show you on the map the best ways to navigate the city to minimize the hills. Thanks for sharing your insights! Merci beaucoup, Linda

We all love working with the public and to know you enjoyed your stay with us really encourages us all to continue to put our best foot forward. The location is perfect, so you cannot go wrong there. The building dates to 1835 and is just inside the walls of the Old City. I genuinely believe that by staying in one of the historic inns is the best way to experience Old Quebec, it's history and Old World charm. 服务员非常好，彬彬有礼。酒店的地理位置非常棒，离景点很近，而且环境很漂亮，安安静静。总体来说，酒店很好，但价格太贵了。另外，浴室的热水不够热，房间里只有一张床和两把小椅子，此外就没有可以坐的地方了。电视遥控器没电，不能用。阳台非常漂亮，但有点脏，我们没法坐在那里。酒店挺好，但定价太贵，不值得……

Bonjour Alecia, My apologies. I wish you had let us know about the batteries and the water temperature. This is not normal for the water to be lukewarm, so I will definitely have a plumber take a look and see if he can identify the problem. We have invested in a very efficient quick recovery system, and in theory a lack of hot water should not be an issue. I will absolutely follow up on this. There is some construction behind the building, and this is creating a lot of dust. We will have to be more vigilant and spray down the patio more frequently until the work is finished. It had not occurred to me to adjust the frequency of our patio wash in light of the construction. I will most certainly get on that. You are correct, the location is wonderful. Our pricing is consistent with similar properties in the area, and during the high season, pricing in Quebec City is quite high. Compared to other destinations though, Quebec City is still a very good deal. We wish you all the best and hope you will enjoy many more couples getaways in the future. Merci beaucoup, Linda

Bonjour! Unfortunately, no, we do not have an elevator, however we are available to assist with bags. As for windows, yes, they do indeed open....which is wonderful. Please feel to reach out should you have any additional questions. Merci, Linda
Only two rooms have private balconies and they are on the main floor with a balcony on the tiny interior courtyard. Everyone, however, can access the rooftop terrasse to escape and enjoy the exterior. We cannot guarantee which specific room you will get in the room category reserved, but we do our best to navigate and note all of the special requests when assigning rooms. None of the park view rooms have balconies, and to have a guaranteed view, you must reserve either a Junior Suite or a View King room (only available through our website or via telephone.). I do not know where the historic junior suite is. We were on the second floor (about 12 stairs x 2 flights). I do not think there will be any help with the luggage but they are so helpful that I am sure if you contact them by phone or internet, they will help you. We really enjoyed our stay there. So quiet, peaceful and clean hotel. (Hint for outside: Long steep hill to go on St Jean street but head towards St Louis street which is less steep and closer.)
Breakfast is an extra charge- but worth it!
