Predivna kuca sa jos boljim domacinima. Cistoca, urednost, klopa! Divota za odmor! Unutarnji grijani bazen preporuka za svako godisnje doba. Kamin stvara poseban ugodjaj a domacini se trude ispuniti svaku zelju gosta. Definitivno za preporuku.

The houses are really wonderful, as is the untouched nature in and around the yard. Peace and quiet are guaranteed.
What might surprise you is the additional price tag that no one mentioned in the week of communication, as well as the larger rulebook. The use of the grill is charged an additional €30, as well as the tourist tax, which is not included in the price.
There is also a price list for broken glasses.
There must not be more than 6 people in the pool, which is a bit inconvenient when more than 20 people are announced and no one mentions it to you before your arrival.
Also, the pool is poorly maintained. There is no drain for water around the pool, so the water is collected in small ponds. It was also emphasized that there are electrical installations (?!?) around the pool that should not be wetted/sprayed.
The pool is advertised as heated, but it was not really warm, and the thermostat is not allowed to be touched. Also, the owner is there the whole time.

Na prvi pogled smještaj solidan,a oda šok. Stajali pred ulazom pola sata za primopredaju na -8 , a za zajdničku blagavaonicu traži nadoplatu 1000kn. i platili nije dao račun jer ne može 20 ljudi kuhati i jesti po spavačim sobama. Grijanjene na katu i bazenu povremeno mlako. Vlasnik objekta ulazi po sabama barem dva puta dnevno. Ako zelite prehladu ili navuć reumu boravite u Villas Joja

Very nice, warm houses, connected by a heated pool. Decorated with a lot of taste. Excellent and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the weekend and touring the surrounding places. W e recommend visiting the museum and the birth house of Nikola Tesla, and the museum "House of Velebit" in Krasno. Or just enjoy the house and the clean air of Lika.
