Warmest greetings D'Salvatore Art & Boutique Hotel, First of all, allow me to thank you for choosing D'Salvatore Art & Boutique Hotel during your recent visit to Yogyakarta. However, it is with regret to learn that you had to go through an unpleasant experience during your stay. This is certainly no excuse for our failure in providing the most basic comfort and service for our guest and for this, please accepts my deepest apologize. Immediately we shall have my staff retrained to address this critical area to prevent the similar problem happen in the future. We do hope you understand that it was certainly not the standards for which we normally aim at D'Salvatore Art & Boutique Hotel. I personally thank you for taking the time bringing this matter in to our attention and I will personally look after this problem and we will do our best attempt in regaining your confidence in our company if you wish to give us the second chance to visit us again whenever travel brings you back to Yogyakarta. 酒店距离日惹国际机场仅几分钟路程，拥有独特的复古设计风格。卧室和浴室小但干净舒适，毛巾有异味。游泳池的面积其实很宽敞，但是底层的泳池有些发霉。早餐种类不多，但味道不错。总的来说，如果你只想在这里住一晚，赶早上的航班，那么一切都很好。

1.在预定的时候，我要求给我提供楼上的房间。在确定的时候他们告诉我把我安排在了楼上的房间，但是当我办理入住的时候却是楼下靠近大堂的房间。因为房间同样也很靠近餐厅，所以白天的时候非常吵。2.在入住的第一天，浴室的水非常的脏，而且是黑色的。我们等了好几个小时，水才不黑了，但是还是黄褐色的。因为还是黄色的，所以我决定不洗澡了。3.早餐挺好吃的……

酒店价格对于漂亮的房间以及舒适的大床而言还是很实惠的。泳池让我大饱眼福，所以我可以在离开日惹之前放松一下。酒店位置邻近机场，对于赶早班机的人而言非常完美。

rooms are airconditioned , equipped with Fridge and hair dryer. Bath tub..unsure as Pure is just a shower area.Still contented for us.
