We stayed at the Riu Place resort, 5 star all inclusive. The staff were excellent and friendly. Food was very good, with lots of choice. It included additional restaurants which you can book. There were plenty of drinks including cocktails available. Rooms were clan and tidy and room service excellent. Overall I cannot find anything to complain about.

房间建议：Tui and the hotel staff made the transfers really easy.
The first night we arrived, we were a whole day late, and they still Charged us their green taxes for 6 days, instead of five days. We get to our room, it stunk, we had to use our detol and sanitize wipes to clean out draws. .my friend was given a pullout sofa as a bed , a 60 year old with bad back. She called and complained it was after 1 a.m. Just to be told they had no rooms, over booked. The next day at 10 a.m. we were told that there was a room available, and there she was given a twin size cot. The room kept condensation, the air conditioning was not working properly for three days had to record it to show them there was an issue. The food was ok. Was disappointed, drinks ok, the staff cordial They needed to have activities on both sides of the island, the buggy service was ok, but took a long time between drop off and pick ups. Got plenty rest and relaxation though they need better beach and pool lounge chairs. The metal burns us sitting in hot sun.

Splashed out for my 60th birthday and my sister and I couldn't have been happier. This place is amazing and worth the long flight and airport changes to get here. Lucky enough to have an upgrade to the Palace side although booked the Atoll side. The only difference is that Palace allows you access to all areas. Tried all of the restaurants over our 12 days there and cannot begin to explain how exceptional they were. The buffet restaurant was equally as outstanding with the many choices available. No-one could say that there wasn't anything to their liking as every type of cuisine was available. Staff very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Accommodation right on the beach (ours) or you could go for an over-the-water bungalow. Beautiful clear water, plenty of snorkeling and swimming. It was paradise beyond belief!
Amazing place white sands clear blue waters lovely restaurants rooms very good size kept spotless every day all the food and drink you could need wonderful people ,island , food ,service fantastic miss it and all.of you lots thanks for the times and memories
