This place was such a good find. Ashton the owner is super accommodating, and the rooms and facilities are great. Great bar downstairs, and just a tiny stroll to the centre of town as well, can't recommend enough!

A group of us stayed here over August bank holiday.
The South African guy (sorry I can't remember your name!) was very hospitable and super friendly.
The accommodation was basic but clean and tidy and served its purpose. A very good shower to bed ratio!
Location was great <5 minutes to town and beach.
Would definitely stay here again.

The place is a few minutes walking distance from the centre, very close to everything. We only booked a room for a few days, to sleep, so we were absolutely satisfied with the room, even had a beautiful view to the sea. I was a bit afraid about the key lock system as i never used before, but we got all the detailed infos prior the arrival, and it was such a smooth check-in and out. The hotel has a bar area, where the manager Ashton is very friendly and interested to welcome you, he is not only making you a nice cocktail, but giving you good recommendations where to go out. ("Thank you for the restaurant offers by the way. We had breakfast at the Fore Street Cafe every days, because it was so amazing.")

This was so perfect for a base in newquay. Some of us even had ensuite rooms and some with sea views! The bar downstairs with lush cocktails was a bonus and if you ask nicely you can use the screen/watch whatever you like. Was perfect for watching the cricket in what felt like our own personal bar! Such a fab host/barman- genuinely happy to help out. Bed was really comfy too - no breakfast there but so many good places around to grab coffee etc from :-) might come back just to have a night out in newquay!

Recently came on a stag here, was a brilliant trip all around. Not enough compliments can be given to Ash who runs the place, went out of his was to look after us and make us feel welcome and would always recommend this place
