平价酒店，但系我第一次遇到登记入住之后上到房，间房系未清洁，咁啱清洁姐姐清紧隔离房先至即时帮我清，口中系咁话系接待处唔知点解俾我入，难以接受。

这是一家非常大的酒店，如果你住在酒店的B区，感觉就像要走迷宫一样。但它是一家干净整洁、风格奇特的酒店，位置非常好，大多数地方都可以在10分钟内走到。

Hi Dhadda H, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us here at Tune Liverpool. We are glad to hear that you found our location convenient for yourself. Our hotel is located in a Grade II listed building and that is why the layout might be a bit strange but unfortunately we are not allowed to change it. We hope to see you again in the future. 这是一家很不错的经济型酒店,地理位置很好,房间很干净，淋浴也很好，我们放弃了周围的一些经济型酒店而选择了这家，虽然多付了一点钱，但是很值得，因为房间很宽敞，配备了所有你需要的东西。虽然没有提供制作咖啡和茶的设施，但你可以在接待处购买热饮。很不幸，我们半夜被一声很大的警报吵醒了,是从马路对面传来的声音,并持续了相当长一段时间,但是客服很好地处理了这个问题，他们也表示非常抱歉，我会再次住在这里的。

这家酒店的房间质量简直让我无力吐槽，但我认为房间的质量和这家酒店糟糕的品质很匹配，在入住10分钟后我就退房离开了。房内的地毯很脏，只有一扇窗户，而且窗户紧挨着一台室外空调设备，噪音很大，住在这根本不可能睡着。最糟糕的是，房内的厕所里有一坨巨大的便便。前台的客户服务很差，有个小男孩坐在那吃麦片，嗯！真的非常“专业”！

位置不错。虽然离火车站不那么近，就步行方面来说，但离利物浦时尚零售购物中心Liverpool One和码头相当近。这是一家一流的酒店，所以其他一切都很简单和令人满意的。

We stayed at the NCP Moorfields I think the hotel gave us a discount voucher which made it £8 per day - you need to check if they still do this as its very expensive without the voucher.
Dear,
Available NCP car park on Vernon street only 3-4 mins by from our hotel. You can collection your voucher ticket from the front desk and 24 hours parking just 8£. Thank you
