我们第一次来到伦敦！我们以为我们预定了一个好地方。到达后，我们立即注意到房间有问题。我们跟前台说毯子很脏，天知道毯子上的脏东西是什么！浴室门有污迹，水龙头也是坏的！经理来了说，我们马上派人去修理。那天晚上我们准备出去走走，我们觉得很快就能修好的。错了！第二天，我们做了同样的事情，投诉了之后又离开了酒店几个小时。当我们回来时，我们注意到门是开着的，打扫的管理员似乎从一个房间走到另一个房间，有点困惑。他们说我们的房间已经打扫过了。浴室的问题还没有解决，我放在地板一角的恶心毯子又放回了床上。真是太恶心了！更糟糕的是，打扫的管理员把一把万能钥匙落在我们房间里了。多么的不安全啊，我们想如果是别人，他们可以轻易地走进房间偷走任何东西。我们大概等了15分钟，打扫的管理员也没有回来。最后我们去找她把要是还给她。她知道后有点惊慌失措。到了晚上，我们又说了一遍，可惜他们还是没有人来维修。又过了一天，我们出发得超级早，回来得超级晚。我们又跟前台说了一遍，但是我感觉他们根本不想理我们。终于到了最后一天，我们很早就出发去搭飞机，我们又跟前台说了，前台很好，他说他会把所有事情写下来，他说我们应该为没有解决的问题得到补偿。我给经理发了电子邮件，即使我有照片，上面有时间和日期，他也拒绝给我们退款。我告诉他，他在这家酒店的工作态度非常的糟糕！所以，请节省头痛的时间选择一个更好的地方吧，去找些有更好服务的地方。要干净的，安全的，可以放心把你的行李寄放的地方。

Dear LiznJay, I am disappointed to read that your experience with us did not live up to your expectations. We are very proud in providing a great accommodation and i am sorry to see that there were some issues with the room. I am very surprised as the room that you were accommodated is one of our best rooms facing the front of the hotel on a higher floor and has been fully refurbished. Everything that is inside that room is brand new. I am sorry to see that you had a stained duvet on the inside of your duvet cover sheet. I can confirm that it was changed by our housekeeping staff immediately and the bed sheets also. I would like to assure you that we are servicing the rooms every day and all the linen on the beds is changed. The pillows with the floral pattern are not meant to be put on the floor but i would like to assure you that we are cleaning and hoovering each room daily. We are an extremely busy hotel, we have been fully booked every day of this month. Being so busy some items break or need to be repaired therefore we always have a maintenance person on site who is willing to help. The key from your uploaded photo it is not a Master key as is designed/used to activate the room lightning. Your experience on this occasion is certainly not reflective of our usual high standards of service and I sincerely hope that we will have the chance of demonstrating it in the near future. 这家酒店刚装修过，超级干净，一切都让您感觉宾至如归。工作人员非常好，感觉很舒服，如果我再次去城里，我一定会回去的。酒店距离贝克街地铁站非常近，距离马里恩堡（Marylbone）仅有几步之遥。还有商店，咖啡店，超市和实惠的零售店。谢谢酒店的工作人员。

我丈夫要去伦敦出差。考虑到时公费出差，我们就多关注了下费用问题。布兰德福德酒店简直太赞了。首先这里的位置就很棒，就在Baker St站附近（所以从酒店去哪都非常方便）。酒店的工作人员也都十分的友善、专业，为我们提供各种服务，还为我们叫了去机场的出租车。酒店的房间比较小，但毕竟是在伦敦。不过房间很干净，布置的也很好。酒店的早餐也很棒，超级美味，还有空调。周围的环境也很好，有很多餐厅、咖啡店。酒店距离牛津街也就10分钟的步行，周围很适合逛街。非常感谢酒店的所有工作人员，有机会还会再来的！

As noted we are in close proximity to key transport links as well as a plethora of local eating and shopping venues. 酒店的位置很好，就在贝克街地铁站旁边，从牛津大街过来只要十分钟，周围都是很安静的居民区。马里波恩大街就在街角，那里有很多可爱的商店和一些小酒吧。我们的房间不大，但是储物空间很充足，看上去最近刚翻新，床也很舒适。缺点是空调噪音有点大，淋浴的水压有点弱。我们很喜欢这里的自助早餐，种类很多，量很丰富。

Thank you for choosing The Blandford for your stay in London. Following our recent renovation, we have equipped the rooms with under-bed storage, which can be used for your next stay with us. I am glad you took advantage of the local area with its many eating and shopping areas. Due to the proximity to the station, we are also a short train away from some of Londons most visited attractions, with some even a short walk away such as Madame Tussauds, Regents Park, Oxford Street plus a whole lot more. I am happy to note that breakfast was to your liking and will pass this on to the hotel. Once again thank you for staying at The Blandford. Kind regards Mitul

We picked our bags up after checkout so the question did not arise. However to be fair to the manager he was helpful and I suspect they would not charge. Ask them.
It's less than fifteen minutes to Oxford Street if you walk, but it's a pleasant route directly through Marylebone, especially if you walk down Marylebone High Street.
On either the Jubilee or Bakerloo tube lines from Baker Street tube stop it's two or three minutes. There are also busses every couple minutes that run down Baker Street and take less than five minutes.
They recommended a taxi, though we took the train, but I would double check via e-mail concerning what they currently offer. Everyone at the Blanford was extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay there.
