参加一个当地会议,于六月入住,享受了每晚165英镑的“优惠价”?!!!房间设备齐全,但是很小;干净但是(装修)过时,床很硬。自助早餐种类丰富,甚至比我住过的一些更高档的餐厅还要好。总得来说,(房间)的性价比不高,让人心里觉得不是滋味。

我从没经历过如此让我失望的旅行,这家酒店从外面看起来不错,而且事先还有文字介绍。房间非常的小,也没有特别精心的打理,前台办理入住和退房的工作人员不太灵活,基本上就酒店的各个区域来说,办理入住等工作的大厅又小又窄。

As you mention, we are currently undergoing an interior refurbishment of our facilities -common areas and rooms-, always working to improve our guests' experience. These works have been carefully planned in order to avoid any disruption and we really are sorry if you did not feel it this way. 如果你想要一个没有空气又太热的小包厢,里面只有破旧的家具、不舒服的小床、一个硬座椅、没有任何的视野、吵闹的空调,那么这里便好了。工作人员似乎也不是特别热情——他们没有笑容。我在西班牙和巴黎时经常去Melia连锁酒店,并且曾经是顶级奖励会员。到目前为止,我对这个连锁酒店的体验是不错的。但是这家酒店改变了我对这个品牌酒店的看法。真的不是一个很好的酒店,而唯一的好的地方就是它的地理位置了。
