Great service with besutiful place. Have great breakfast. The staff is nice. 服务极好，非常舒服的房间，房间安静，距离各大景点很近，方便。乘坐公交车也很方便。非常好！！超级方便！！！早餐丰盛，服务人员极好！

这是我在伦敦住过的第一家酒店 很舒服环境很安静。由于平台check out时间错误，导致我们check out时间晚了一个小时，很感谢Tamara ，Stella 替我们跟经理解释了实际情况，避免了不必要的损失。谢谢她们！下次来伦敦还要住这家酒店！！同时酒店还贴心的为我们提供行李寄存服务，让我们出行没有负担。这很贴心！酒店周边的环境也很好，离各大商圈很近，但不吵闹。离海德公园很近，很适合作为歇脚的地方！！！

这次酒店选择在伦敦的海德公园旁边，去公园就特别方便！！有2个公园哟！距离地铁站也特别方便，走路5分钟。前台的服务非常好，前台小姐姐超级友善～前台小姐姐超级友善～Tamara,Stelca, Easterna小姐姐，态度温和，服务周到.办理迅速，体贴搞卫生的姐姐也会询问什么时候搞卫生。房间干净卫生，洗发水沐浴露也很充足，还提供可口的饼干和咖啡～这次入住体验是超级开心、超级舒服的体验～整体感受特别好。下次还会来！

这次来伦敦的行程很突然，然后看了很多酒店后选择了这家酒店。这次住了两天，从入住到退房都特别顺利，入住提早来了还是可以入住，而且寄快递也有专门的地方保存。前台小姐姐超级友善～Tamara,Stelca, Easterna小姐姐，态度特别好～搞卫生的姐姐也会询问什么时候搞卫生。房间干净卫生，洗发水沐浴露也很充足，还提供可口的饼干和咖啡～这次入住体验是超级开心、超级舒服的体验～整体感受特别好。下次还会来！

I cannot say for sure but I doubt whether anyone does.
Non posso dirlo con certezza, ma dubito che qualcuno lo sappia.
As long as you notify the waiter when you order, they will most likely speak to the chef. They were very accommodating of Dairy allergies when I went.
I can't speak to rooms on the first floor but I do know there is an elevator. The hallways are kind of narrow and I felt like the hotel had an odd lay-out. We had a shower but there was a curb to step over and up.
I have never ordered from Amazon to have delivered to a foreign country.
No noise at all from the station. But you will probably hear noises from the room upstairs. The hotel is not as good as they say!
