2014年5月10日星期六我们在holiday inn举办的婚礼招待会。不得不说这个地方给我们的印象很好。我特别想提到的员工有,Raj(值班经理,并负责吐司料理),Jack,Tiffany,Lidia,Sahiba,Bob和Alex(婚礼策划)。员工很出色,什么事儿都不嫌麻烦。我们中午是三道菜的午餐,晚上是自助餐,食物很棒。我觉得唯一有待提高的是我们的客房,我们觉得作为蜜月套房有点儿不合适,我会毫不犹豫把这个地方推荐给其他筹划婚礼的夫妇的。

这家酒店十分出色,我们两个晚上最终都是在那里吃的,因为食物很美味。所有的员工都超级友善、乐于帮忙。客房干净,床很舒适。这家酒店让我们无可挑剔。

下午2点的,为了参加下午4点半的婚礼。我们预订的是婚礼套餐,价格是一个房间650元,含早餐(正常价格是1090元,早餐还要单独收139.5元)。前台的服务员热情地迎接了我们。入住非常快速高效。不过,他们复印了我们的信用卡,收了房费以及额外的500元钱作为其他费用或者是物品损坏的抵押。一定在离店的时候仔细检查一遍费用,如果没有损坏物品的话需要给客人返还500元的。
房间宽敞,卫生间一尘不染,还有地暖,真的非常棒。酒吧服务员动作有点慢,我们一共12个人,所以上饮品的速度尤其慢,不过态度挺好的。婚礼举办得很顺利。第二天早晨的早餐也很不错,很热,而且美味,是自助餐式的,所以想吃多少就吃多少。是全英式早餐,有吐司,燕麦,水果等。就餐区域稍微有点小,不过对我们来说已经是足够了,因为我们下去吃早餐的时候还比较早。优点是如果你喜欢睡个懒觉,早餐一直到中午11点都有提供。总的来说,那个晚上睡得很舒服,枕头有软的也有硬的,可以选择。我会把这家酒店推荐给大家吗?是的(如果价格合适的话)。以后我还会再来吗?是的。非常感谢假日酒店。

我在这出差住了一晚。
非常棒的地段,很友善的前台服务员。
但是客房却感觉有点儿不咋地,似乎赶不上我之前住过的假日酒店。
唯一值得推荐的是这的印度美食,非常赞的口味,很棒,烹调手法极佳。
总的来说还是不错的,尤其是服务水准还是上乘的。

从我步入接待台的那一刻起,一直到我离开的时候,我觉得这是一次愉快的经历。接待处的工作人员很有礼貌,也很友好,因为我们是餐厅的服务人员。他们对我的预订有点小的误解,但很快就得到了有效的处理。我的酒店房间很宽敞、温暖而干净。浴室也一样。淋浴是我在这段时间内在酒店里面用过的最好。很不错,暖融融的,功能强大。(如果我不是需要办理离开手续,我现在可能仍然住在那里!!)浴室的加热地板也很好。我唯一的抱怨是,我的枕头在我的床和墙之间的缝隙处总是掉下去消失了,这让我很苦恼。此外,这是一次非常愉快的住宿经历。

Hi Tasha,
Yes, there is a security deposit the hotel holds, that is £50 on top of what you are paying for the room. This deposit, or a pre authorisation, is released on the day of check out and depending on the bank, it will be back in your account same day or in max 5 working days. Please feel free to search for pre authorisation on a search engine to find out more.
A credit card pre-authorization is much like any other charge to a credit card, except instead of actually debiting funds from the cardholder you just put a temporary "hold" on the funds.
