这的服务员相当出色,不过这的大床却是2张拼在一起的。感觉比较奇怪。
这的吹风机不太好,接触不良,你需要不停用手指摁住。而且这的熨烫斗也不是特别流畅。
spa和浴室都提供浴袍,这的洗浴服务什么的还是相当不错的。
我们在这喝咖啡大概是12元还配有三明治。非常不错的costa感觉。
我很喜欢吃这的煎鸡蛋,尤其是配早餐享用非常赞。不过有时就需要等待10分钟才能等到煎鸡蛋。
总的来说我们还是相当满意的,不过就是因为这几天的天气不是特别给力所以我们也没有拍太多照片。

Dear Lynne1963 I was happy to see that our team looked after you well during your recent stay at our hotel. However, I was very sorry that the hairdryer was not up to standard and that there was no iron in your room. We do pride ourselves on having excellent facilities in our bedrooms so I shall ensure that our team check every hairdryer this week to identify any that are not working effectively. 来诺丁汉的时候住在这里,前台员工超级友好专业。在餐厅吃过两顿饭,那儿的服务员也不错。附近有公园和马路,我们经常坐电车到处观光。这里真是购物、美食天堂啊,还有很多历史等着你去探索呢。
不要犹豫了,去过个周末就知道了。我住过很多酒店,这里一定会再来!

在这里住了2晚。酒店位置非常适合我们度周末,而且设施都很漂亮。SPA必须去体验一回。早餐食物种类很多,而且员工服务非常热情。房间很干净舒适,有水壶和免费的饮用水。

对于四星级的级别而言,他是一个非常好的酒店,比我在伦敦市中心去过的任何一个四星级酒店都要好!并且我在那里已经住了很多次。无一例外,这里的每一位员工都非常的有礼貌和殷勤。去M1,对酒店自身来说非常的方便。但和Nottingham的中心相比,还有5英里的距离。酒店非常的现代化,并且宽敞明亮,很适合于各种会议。我的房间非常宽敞。但是,即使我开了所有的灯,房间里依旧有点阴暗。这是酒店的一个通病。为什么呢?然而,他实际上还拥有一个不错的浴室,并且有一个相对独立的淋浴器,而不是那种混合型的浴室。非常棒!同时还提供浴衣!尽管在这里选择的余地不多,但是这里的每个地方都非常的干净,并且自助早餐的质量也完全在标准套餐之上。

Dear otistheblackcat Thanks for taking a few minutes to post your review of our hotel following your recent visit. I am delighted that you found our establishment to be of a high four star standard, being the highest rated four star hotel on tripadvisor in Nottingham we do pride ourselves on the high level of product and service we deliver. We have recently undergone a bedroom refurbishment which was completed last week and included the upgrade of all of our bedroom lighting. We have implemented this due to guest feedback as we continually wish to improve our facilities. Hopefully on your next stay you will see a marked difference in the lighting in your room. Yes they have a fridge. Not sure about consoles sorry.
Yes we do subject to availability - if you contact our reservations team on 0115 973 9393 they can advise if we can offer it on your day of departure and if there is any cost associated to it.
Yes if you have at least a bed and breakfast booking.
Sorry cant help as when I stayed I was not part of wedding party. Some hotels do offer discounted room rates for wedding party guests but this usually needs to be negotiated by the organiser of the wedding.
Sorry for the late reply. Yes, but the car park might get full with lots of external visitors.
