我们在这里度过了一个棒极了的周末！酒店很漂亮，高尔夫球场还有spa太赞了，食物也很好吃。所有人都很友好，员工乐于助人。我们的房间可以看到高尔夫球场，房间非常干净宽敞。我们非常高兴房间里有瓶装水！员工没有太多的麻烦，我要特别提到餐厅的员工Stuart 。他相当友好而且乐于助人，周末的时光里我们和他分享了许多笑话。他是酒店的信誉所在，他让我们的周末更加难忘。我们度过了愉快的周末，以后肯定会再来！

不足之处：没有喝茶/咖啡的杯子，没有饼干和毛巾。5号房很陈旧，而且没有独立卫浴。进入房间之后可以看到角落里、墙上有蜘蛛网。优点：员工很友好，食物很可口，餐厅的员工所提供的服务很好。我只能评价酒店住宿和餐厅，因为我没有时间使用这里的其他设施。

Dear Ash We would like to thank you for positive comments regarding our friendly staff, good food and good service which we of course strive to achieve for all of our guests at all times. With regards to your other comments may we apologise for the lack of mugs, biscuits and towels - this is not our normal level of service so we will investigate why these items were not placed in your room. Room 5 is situated in The Lodge which is a converted house and not located in the main hotel. The Lodge is mainly used for groups which is why the bathroom is not necessarily ensuite, however it still offers an individual private bathroom for each group of guests, (therefore not sharing with other guests). I note that you did not have chance to use any of our facilities, so we hope you will return shortly to take full advantage of all we have to offer, and maybe stay in one of our newly refurbished rooms! 我和我妈妈在温泉日去了酒店，真的非常好。工作人员从一开始就非常热情友善，特别是美容师非常的好！保暖服很可爱，可以选择桑拿房还是蒸汽房。午餐也不错。酒店所有的一切都非常物有所值，我们两个都很享受。我迫不及待的想再来这家酒店了。

We are delighted that you took full advantage of our relaxing spa and luxury thermal suite and had a pamper with our beauticians,as well as a having delicious lunch. 我在这里住过，也在这里的餐厅吃过饭，用过这里的SPA和健身房，我的伙伴还玩过这里的高尔夫。我觉得这家酒店现在看起来有点老旧了。游泳池/桑拿/SPA/按摩浴缸区域看起来有点老，需要重新装修。食物勉勉强强。我在这里用过下午茶，司康饼很硬，也不新鲜，饼干尝起来像是我的小女儿做的，这个价位的应该要比这个好很多才对。而且，一般的下午茶会给一壶茶，不过这里只有一杯。我在这里吃过很多次了，没哪次让我印象深刻。即使是宴会的食物，也很基本，味道平平。所以对我来说，这里的装潢和食物需要改进。

Dear Ashlee Thank you for staying with us and using our variety of facilities, although we were disappointed with your review. We have just started a major refurbishment program, so next time you visit you will see positive changes to our decor. With regards to afternoon tea, we do generally offer a pot of tea, so we will investigate why on this occasion why you only received one cup, however always feel free to ask for a top up of tea which we of course would be delighted to give. We will pass on your other comments to our Head Chef as generally we receive positive feedback for our food so we are saddened that it was not to your taste on this occasion. You clearly enjoyed your breakfast - fried bread and our large mushrooms are always very popular! We pride ourselves in using local produce to ensure that we can provide top quality food. You clearly enjoyed your stay by taking full advantage of our relaxing Spa and enjoying our spectacular views over our 120 acres of beautiful parkland - always popular with our guests! We are currently entering a refurbishment program of some of our bedrooms, so would love you to return again soon so that we can proudly display our newly decorated rooms. its not includee you have to pay seperatly not sure on cost tho it rained so we didnt do it
We offer a full English breakfast and a full continental breakfast, along with cereals & fruit etc - very tasty! Warm regards LQ Resorts
No it is extra. For hotel guests it is half price though at £12.50. The health club IS Included though with gym, swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and hot tub. If you'd like to add on the thermal suite ring hotel reception 01394 383555 direct and they will help you.
