我们一共花了200法郎在这家酒店住了两天，这家酒店让我们感觉非常的失望，这边的问题是每天到深夜他们这边还会播放一些很吵的音乐，房间就像一个没有光的烤箱一样。这边的床是小床，刚刚好够两个人睡，虽然我们明明预订的是大床房呀。我给这家酒店两颗星的评价而不是一颗心是因为我还挺喜欢他们这边的早餐和酒店的地理位置的，从酒店出发去纽斯卡尔也很方便呢。

我和我的家人，朋友在纽卡斯尔市中心的酒店住了两个晚上，刚到家。我们在那家酒店住了3人间，房间号是103，我和我的丈夫以前在这家酒店住过，但是这一次我们住的这面的房间都翻新了，这让我很开心。酒店的其他地方也在以同样的标准翻新，我觉得这家酒店可以与五星级酒店媲美。可爱的员工，食物也很美味，保罗非常乐于助人，我很推荐这家酒店。而且，酒店就在火车站，出租车站中心，周围有很多商店，码头附近还有很多酒吧和餐厅。

We are absolutely thrilled you found the stay to be of such a high standard. I totally agree with you, our refurbished rooms are extremely well decorated, comfortable and well fitted for an overnight stay in the City, We are currently working our way through refurbishment, bringing in a bright, fresh and modern new look to our accommodation. 如果你是来纽卡斯尔住宿的，那你来这里就对了，你不会找到其他比这里更好的地方了。这个酒店就在火车站对面，车站出来步行5分钟左右就到了酒店大门。 这家旅馆有一个停车场，虽然不大，但对于开车的人来说也是很理想的了。 就酒店本身而言，我们住的房间（双人间）很小，浴室也很杂乱，尤其是浴室的墙和瓷砖，都有些旧了，淋浴间还有个我个人讨厌的浴帘。 床虽然不太大，但很舒服。 登记手续办理得很快，工作人员也非常友好，所以除了浴室和房间的大小之外，没有其他可抱怨的了。

酒店氛围很融洽，服务人员也很专业！酒店提供的鸡尾酒非常好喝，我在这里度过了下午5-7点之间的欢乐时光，还品尝了好喝的啤酒...... 驻唱歌手每周五和周六晚上会出现在酒店，现场唱歌。我明年肯定会再来一次。把最好的问候送给伦敦！

我给出三星评价的唯一原因是因为我们的房间。这家酒店的视觉效果令人惊叹，工作人员也非常乐于助人，但我们的房间还停留在80年代。破烂，光秃秃的，而且过时了！考虑到酒店的其他地方，真让人失望！看到一些关于街道噪音的评论，但说实话，我们没法抱怨，我们什么也没听到，我们就在火车站的对面。我想说我们会回来的，但说实话，我不会冒险再订一个那样的房间。这里的饮品非常贵，但毕竟是在纽卡斯尔市中心。

Dear lauragw22, Thanks for the recent review of the County hotel. Its great to hear you found the hotel visually stunning, i am disappointing to hear your comments about the room you stayed in. However the hotel is currently under going a large refurbishment, with our fantastic west wing already completed. You can see these newly upgraded rooms on our website. The car park is through the front opposite the station. If the gate is closed that means it is full. It’s really small, you have to be lucky to get a space. Alternatively can park in the long stay at the station.
I would advise you to contact the duty manager, we have never had the money taken
