只住了一个晚上。房间很宽敞而且很舒服。得益于我们洲际酒店集团会员的好处，我们可以使用贵宾室，这能让我们免费喝饮料。在地下1楼的餐厅吃了晚餐，非常出色。员工问了我们的名字，然后在整顿饭期间以及第二天早餐时都记得我们的名字 - 这令人印象非常深刻，这也是个锦上添花的地方。唯一的缺点就是吵闹的空调，尽管很热，我们还是不得不在凌晨3点把它关掉。

Dear JackieCW, I am really pleased that your stay was an enjoyable one - you fund accommodation comfortable and was able to take a full advantage of the Club Lounge facilities. 我去伯明翰参加一个工作活动时就住在这里。公司已经为我们订了3晚的住宿。当我走进房间看到一个非常漂亮的房间，甚至有一个“睡得好”的枕头喷雾剂时，我感到很惊喜。洗漱用品很好，免费的水也很有用。唯一遗憾的是我房间里的熨斗坏了！但是前台非常有用，帮助更换了。早上的早餐很好，在我最后一天，我不得不提前离开 - 他们提出给我打包一些早餐带走！总之，我真的很享受这次旅行。
