我和丈夫在布里斯托酒店住了5晚。服务无懈可击。这是我们的结婚周年纪念，有玫瑰、香槟、巧克力，它们真的让我们感觉很特别。酒店很漂亮。我们在拉安东尼亚餐厅外面吃过几次饭，那是我们最喜欢的食物。我们还在艾佩科餐厅吃了早餐——美味极了。从老式的房间钥匙到老式的电梯，再到那里出色的人们，喜爱每一分钟，强烈推荐这个地方。

Dear guest, We were so pleased to see that you were happy to have chosen to stay at Le Bristol Paris last August, on the occasion of your 35th wedding anniversary. Thank you for your kind posting on TripAdvisor! As we had the pleasure of having you for five nights, you no doubtedly understood that we are celebrating Chef Eric Frechon’s 20th year at Le Bristol, and ten years with the three Michelin stars at Epicure. Delighted that you had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in that magnificent room overlooking the garden. By the way we refer to the dining area of the garden as the Jardin Français, an extention of the all-day dining Café Antonia. Thrilled that you dined in the garden on three occasions! Eric of course oversees all the different food and beverage venues, so we are very fortunate to offer a very consistent experience. To mark your wedding anniversary we felt that the least we could do was to shower you with roses, champagne, and chocolates made by our own Chocolate Chef Johan and his assistant Jérémy. Next visit we will be delighted to show you our chocolate factory and flour mill within the bakery that was reopened just over a year ago. The making of our own flour has been one of the most brilliant ideas that Chef Eric had last year. The other one was to open our own chocolate factory. As a matter of a fact, Johan has created the old fashioned room key out of chocolate, and on display adjacent the entrance to Café Antonio is a very giant rendition of that key! Dear guest, We really appreciate you taking the time to post your guest experience at Le Bristol on TripAdvisor following your stay last September. Needless to say we were delighted that you found the Hotel to be in a great location and not only to be beautiful, but the room pristine, well-equipped, bed comfortable, and with great quality linen. We were also pleased that you enjoyed the restaurant with both traditional French, but a European cuisine allowing you the choice. That you consider us one of the top rate hotels in Paris and on top of it you find that we live up to this reputation, is the best compliment possible. Thank you very much for that! Laure, our Front Office Manager, and Sonia, our Chef Concierge are always keen to share comments such as yours with their staff! It is so very important to us that each guest is treated with the utmost of care, and that we are consistently offering the personalized attention each guest deserves. To say that both departments are exceptional and that they tailored all their interactions beyond your expectations is once again our daily credo! Our Executive Housekeeper Brice also enjoys sharing such comments at his six daily briefings with the staff! The ladies and gents who work on the floors just love to receive feedback. We are delighted to know that you found the location amazing, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Really pleased that the Concierge were able to meet your expectations! You also mentioned how you enjoyed the food offering. Chef Eric Frechon is in fact celebrating his 20th year at Le Bristol, and actually ten years with the three Michelin stars at Epicure. And by the way our brasserie, 114 Faubourg will be also celebrating ten years since its opening in September. Dear guest, Thank you for your posting on TripAdvisor following your visit in June. We are delighted to know that you enjoy staying with us at Le Bristol Paris as you are very comfortable in our very French classic style of hotel, and prefer it to the modern décor one finds in so many major cities. The owners are very keen to pay tribute to the Hotel’s authenticity dating back to the opening in 1925! Glad to know that the spacious accommodations are also comfortable also. Breakfast in our three Michelin star restaurant Epicure overlooking the garden is very much appreciated by our resident guests. Happy that you enjoyed it as much. Our mixologists in our evening bar are always enthusiastic to create the most unexpected cocktails. Very pleased to know that you found your experience to be just amazing.
