提前五个月官网预定的海景房，比普通房贵了100+欧元，当天7:30到酒店，就被告知到的太晚没有海景房了（甚至办理入住时没有任何告知，是进入房间后自己发现再找的前台）也没有任何退款或补偿错失

入住体验感极差。房间床单脏有头发，马桶圈脏。联系前台，说不能更换房间，只能重新更换床单。第二天回酒店洗手池水管又漏水，无法使用。联系前台后，等待上门维修时间极长，但修理人员态度好。mini bar用不了，再次询问，修理人员说是坏了，但前台说那本来就是摆设，不是给用的，我们的水果因此坏掉。处理这些问题都严重浪费我们的时间，耽误了我们后续行程。工作人员除了上门修理人员，其他人工作水平和处理问题的能力都极差。设施垃圾。

Dear xfei6760, I'm sorry to hear about your extremely poor experience during your stay. We apologize for the dirty bed sheets and toilet seat, as well as the issues with the sink leaking and mini bar. It's unacceptable that these problems were not promptly addressed and resolved, causing inconvenience and wasting your time. We will investigate these matters immediately to ensure they are corrected and do not happen again in the future. Please contact our customer service team directly so we can address your concerns and make amends for your disappointing experience. 第一天入住发现和预定时图片完全不同，房间小到离谱，大人都下不了脚，行李都打不开…反馈前台后说免费升级，都说好了，然后几个小时后前台经理来说需要付费才能升级，告知说免费的前台是实习生，关键自己酒店实习生的错误让客户买单，最后受不了拖拖拉拉的办事效率就付费升级到七层的套房，八层是餐厅和bar，晚上睡觉，楼上在蹦迪。整个房间都在震，和前台反馈，前台居然说不可能，七层没有一点声音？？？最后协商提前退房。走的时候忘了ipad在房间，发现后确认定位就在酒店，酒店却说没有…呵呵，住过最差的酒店没有之一，大坑大雷没有之一了！！！

酒店的服务人员非常友善，尤其是Thibault，他非常热心的介绍了酒店内外的设施与交通方式。房间算是宽敞，经过整修之后无处挑剔，早餐也非常丰盛。缺点：浴缸有污渍，游泳池没有接待人员，健身房器材也不齐全。

这是丽笙品牌树立的一个很好的典范。所有的员工都很乐于助人，酒店一尘不染，食物美味可口，海景优美。唯一令人遗憾的是他们的私人海滩。正如你所预料的，这些都是意外。但是考虑到房间的价格，你会认为太阳躺椅已经包含在价格里，而不是每天20英镑。这给我们留下了很不好的印象，感觉就像被宰了一样。我们还会留下来吗?忍着点，好好享受吧。

You made the right decision
Hi The hotel have secure storage just off the reception for any of the customers needs
It depends straightly on weather conditions. Last March it wasn't.
Dear Guest,
