Someone keep fixing the hotel room and make very large noise since morning and when we back to room in the afternoon it still keep going, we couldn't take a good rest and after we call reception, the communication efficiency is quite low, the big noise keep going, they say we have to wait. This shouldn't happen, while the staff seems don't feel sorry for that.从早上开始隔壁房间一直在装修，下午我们回来之后仍旧继续一直发出冲击钻的声音，我们是来度假的，不是来到了一个施工现场

Dear Nomad65674473956 Of course we do all regret this unfortunate inconvenience and apologise for it but we do not assume that the answer given by our staff could be considered as unapologetic. All our front desk staff had immediatly reported the inconvenience to our technicians? Thankfully the noise had been stopped as quickly as possible. Be sure that all our technicians are working properly and efficiently and do consider any disturbance which could occur while on service. Such unpleasant situations are obviously uncommon and do not reflect the quality of our service. Focused on customer satisfaction, we do propose you to contact us back at your convenience. We will be honoured to welcome you back and offer you the best offer and room. You will be amazed. Warm regards

特别检查了一下这酒店新翻修的房间，因为我比较喜欢更现代化设计的房间，并且希望房间更干净。跟酒店其它房间比起来，新翻修的确实比较新一点，但是肯定比不上我的预期，尤其对不起我们付的价钱。尽管重新整修了，但是它的预算肯定很紧张，只换了基础需要的东西并且房间里家具的质量根本比不上我预期的。地板砖有缺口，门也不能好好地关上。。。如果酒店老板能多放些心思跟金钱在升级上面，这处地产可以成为一个瑰宝。公共区域看起来死气沉沉，沙发看起来又老又脏。但是，前台员工是很乐情好客并且善于助人的。

Thanks MagH2406 Our hotel look with its age only if your eyes are not ready to appreciate the style of the Belle Epoque and all the memories of elegant past time. Just have a quick look to our website which highlight its singularity which by far is definitely not to be compared to modern contemporary cold and lifesless style hotel. We do all thank you anyhow , as the life, the atmosphere, the ambience that makes the success of your stay is maily due to the staff that give the best to make everyone relaxed and happy... 极佳的位置，干净的酒店，很好的服务。作为机组人员，我们在那里待过几次，利奥尼先生像其他人一样照顾我们。地中海早餐适合任何人的口味。我强烈向大家推荐这家酒店，尤其是海景房。

这家旅馆曾经很风光。在和妻子短暂的休息时来的这。员工们非常友好，但好像是在没有明显管理的情况下走个过场。我们的房间可以看到部分海景，还不错，但设施有限，卫生间很小，坐着的时候膝盖紧贴着门，有点透不过气。这个酒店实际上不是(不再是?)一个四星级酒店。餐厅还可以，饭菜做得很好，但菜单上的价格相对昂贵，而且早餐设施都挤在一个房间里面，对酒店的容量来说太小了，烹饪素材也很差。

Thank you dear 91MikeF91 for your review. Though a bit too personnal and subjective you remarks have been considered with care. Still our building is a four star whose brightening past highlight the Promenade and will still shine for many more years. Dated from 1842 some of our rooms may seem a bit smaller than the cold and lifeless contemporary hotels. It's a part of the charm a definitely a singularity to experience once in a lifetime. So far your personal taste may not be in accordance. Most of our guests to appreciate it a lot, at least to make the difference and enjoy it. The food in our restaurant is prepared with fresh ingredients whose value is high in quality and so the price is in relation with it and the service that goes along. We do regret the unfortunate wheather in this early May which obliged us to reduce the size of the breakfast room which is usually opened to the garden outside. Needless to say how enjoyable it is to savour breakfast with the morning sun. You will be amazed for your next visit and will share with everyone your enthusiasm. Longing to welcoming you back. 3月份期间，我们在这家酒店休息了4个晚上。酒店位置优越，可以沿着盎格鲁街散步，也可以在马塞纳广场购物，可以步行进入老城区。离公共汽车也很近。我们入住在四楼一个不错的房间，从阳台上可以俯瞰大海。酒店提供非常好的早餐，选择丰富，也有一个很好的露台区域。不错的休息室和小酒吧，可以让客人好好放松一下。我们非常喜欢在西区漫步酒店的住宿，希望不久能再次入住。
