我们刚从法国南部度过了一个美妙的假期回来，从bokking.com上订了这家酒店。酒店和所有的员工都很好，我们唯一不满的就是感觉房间很老旧，需要翻新。虽然酒店给我们升级了房间，但是只能升级两晚，作为一家人来说不是很理想。我想感谢酒店的所有员工和管理人员，让我们的住宿体验和假期变得十分愉快。为了这里的服务和热情好客我们还会再来，如果房间能翻新一下就更好了。再次感谢酒店的员工团队。

I am very sad to hear your disappointment with our reception service which usually is a service much appreciated by our customers. We always welcome suggestions for improvement, and we truly value your feedback as this will help us provide a better service for our guests in this regard. Your comments regarding the vegetarian menu options have been duly noted and will be passed on to the appropriate department. We have recently updated our bedding to a variety that offers micro pocket springs and memory shape for comfort and support; we regret that you did not find this to be to your tastes. Nevertheless, we are pleased you enjoyed our ideal location. Despite this, we look forward to welcoming you back again for a more pleasant stay in the future. 房间已经过时了，不像他们网上的照片，我要求升级到像广告上那样的翻新房间，我很乐意支付差额，工作人员回答说这是不可能的。更糟糕的是，当我问她要拖鞋时，她回答拖鞋不能针对你预订的这类房间。我从未在诺富特尼斯中心酒店接受过这种服务。令人惊讶的是，经理花时间对所有的评论进行了全面的回答，但他没有花时间训练他的员工如何善待客人并让他们保持舒适。

Dear Ramez, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. We owe it to ourselves to provide quality services to our guests as your satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Unfortunately, it seems that we did not meet all your expectations. Regrettably our renovated rooms only have one double bed and are therefore not suitable for families as was your case. We would have happily upgraded you had it been possible but unfortunately we were fully booked during your stay. This is also the reason we did not have any extra bathrobes or slippers otherwise we would have provided you with them immediately. I am sorry that this was not better explained to you at the time and am also disappointed to learn about the way our team members responded to your concerns and have put measures in place to ensure this does not happen again. Please accept my sincere apologies. I hope we may have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a more enjoyable experience next time. Best regards, Pierre Messe, General Manager
