这家商务酒店非常宽敞，因此非常繁忙，特别是在周日早餐时。食物质量非常好，但有时候必须要靠抢的才能取到餐，并且有时候要和陌生人拼桌才有可能找到座位。这让人感觉很有压力。工作人员尽其所能：每个人都保持友好，但你可以看出他们对于如何管理这么多人也很有压力。客房很干净，虽然停车费是我住过的最贵的，停车场很干净，照明很好。

Dear guest, thank you very much again for your stay with us and also for your comment on tripadvisor. It is nice to see that you enjoyed your time here. Yes, it is probably right that it could be a bit busy at our breakfast restaurant, especially if the hotel is quite fully and while the rush hour. It will be not possible to avoid this completely at a hotel as big as ours; with 555 rooms we are the biggest hotel at Baden-Württemberg. But nice to see that you felt in good hands with our team. The price for the parking is orientated at the parking lots at our surroundings and our Stuttgart’s inner city competitors. 从办理入住手续开始，工作人员就非常乐于助人，前台只有一部分人能帮上您的忙，因为他们非常忙，这是个遗憾。我们入住期间空调运行的不是很好，但总体来说房间很好。退房时，他们拿走了我们的停车券，让我们几乎花了两倍的钱，但是他们立刻纠正了这个问题，并进行了相应的补救，这太好了。

Dear guest, thank you very much again for your stay with us and also for your comment on tripadvisor. It is nice to see that you enjoyed your time here over all. It is probably right that for example an apprentice is not as competent as a trained reception colleague. Our recirculating air system is usually cooling to 7 – 8 °C under outside temperature and indeed not down to 16°C as a full air condition is. I am also very sorry that you had some difficulties at checking out with paying your parking; I have already talked about this incident with our front office manager. 十月啤酒节期间住在这家旅馆。它离市中心不远，位置绝佳。所有的员工都非常友好，乐于助人。我们一个团体来游览，尽管退房后航班晚点，我们也不慌不忙的地照看我们所有的行李。游泳池和桑拿浴室是放松身心的绝佳去处。

由于酒店位于斯图加特的中心位置，我选择了这家酒店并住了两晚。房间非常宽敞，但有点过时，工作人员彬彬有礼，工作效率很高。早餐很美味，提供冷热菜肴，还有各种水果、谷类食品和饮料。整体上我都比较满意。

And yes, it is probably right that you can’t compare our 2016 refurbished, more classical equipped hotel completely with a modern design hotel. Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Frage. Das Restaurant Reuchlin bleibt den Juli über noch geschlossen und im August hätten wir sowieso Sommerpause. Anschließend werden wir prüfen, ob und in welcher Form wir das "Reuchlin" wieder öffnen. Ansonsten haben wir aber auch unser Café Espresso täglich ab 12 Uhr für Sie geöffnet, inkl. unserer Terrasse. Dear Maria, thank you for your message. The pool is free, you have to pay only if you want to use the gym or the sauna, due to German tax laws. The pool area is open 7.--23.00.
Dear future guest,
you can take the S2 or S3 from the airport and go to "Rotebühlplatz / Stadtmitte"; from there it is about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel, all the time straight ahead; or you will find there also Taxis to the hotel.
