我是来出差的，从酒店的位置搭乘去慕尼黑的火车非常方便！大厅的工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。房间舒适，设备齐全。我对酒店很满意，每次我在斯图加特都会住在那里！非常好！

我在7月22日至24日住了这家酒店。我们在酒店遇到的每一个人，从前台的女接待员到保洁人员再到早餐的服务员，都很快乐、自信、而且都面带微笑!我们吃了酒店提供的丰盛的早餐，很好吃。酒店的房间又大又安静。总之，我们十分推荐这家酒店!

很棒的基础设施，友好的服务，但是是我吃过最差的客房服务食品。与我去过的所有酒店截然相反的是，一旦你退了房，他们不会让你利用酒店的基础设施。

The inconveniences according to the room service we truly commiserate. Please rest assured that we will use your valuable feedback to check on our quality standards. In relation to the use of our hotel facilities (the Zeppelin Day Spa and fitness area) after check out we hope for your understanding that due to insurance reasons we are no longer liable for anyone who is not one of our guests anymore. So we offer our checked out guests the use of our spa area for an entry fee as the insurance will be valid with the closure of a new "contract". 酒店就位于Stuttgart主火车站对面，提供一个安全、干净、舒适和高端的住宿环境。房间保养得很好，早餐很不错。通常来说，火车站附近的酒店都是有一点破旧、肮脏的，不过Graf Zeppelin绝对是例外。

Thank you for your question and your interest in our services.
We are dependent on the given regulations of the government. As soon as we are allowed to reopen sauna and massage services, we will do so.

They do provide
Main railway station is next to the hotel. Go down to the lower level to the S Bahn trains, the S3 and S2 both go to the Flughafen (airport) you can get a ticket from the automatic machines (cash or card) or the counter if it's open. Trains are fairly regular but allow 30 mins for the journey.
